It was an easy process though I would have preferred the option to have our tickets sent by mailI have received confirmation of buying the concert tickets though they will not be sent until 5/25/This causes an extra awareness of emails to look through so as not to miss them

I ordered tickets for [redacted] - the lead singer bailed on the last shows including mine It said on the radio that tickets would be refunded if desired This website said they are not affiliated with the venue or the artist and would not be refunding and to have a nice day Glorified ticket scalpers that buy lots of tickets online and resell them for profit and do not care what the customers think

The prices and fees are expensiveShould of gone to the box office

I ordered two(2) tickets and I only received one(1) ticket.I had to buy another ticket at the gate.I think this is a ripoffAlso, I paid double for each ticket for what it cost at the gate

The ticket interface is easy to navigate the cost and seat location of the tickets you want to purchaseMore so than other websites out there; this site was also linked directly to the venue website for the concertPicking seats and filling out the required info was pretty straight forwardHowever, once I downloaded the tickets, I was not very happy to discover that I was paying times the face value of the ticketthis is in part thanks to the additional service charges added per ticket at checkoutI don't quite understand that there would be a service charge for tickets received online since there was no printing or mailing required on their partI do not like that the company waits until you are halfway through the check out process to let you know they are charging $extra per ticketHaving know so in the beginning I would have shopped around more

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not speak to them on 9/i could not get in touch with anyone even the credit card company triedI spoke to them on 9/and told them there was no way that I could get the tickets via email at that pointI was away, that is why I needed them when I ordered themI paid an extra to down load the tickets right awaythe button that said download now was grayed out why was I charged the extra money if they emailed them to me right away? It's ok but the tickets are expensive and not guaranteeThe only thing that I don't like it's that we have the tickets only fee days before the show
