Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matterAt Online City Tickets, we value our customers and appreciate the opportunity to address Ms [redacted] concernsIt should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venueTicket prices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue or box office.”In reference to her claim that she was charged a different price than that listed on the tickets themselves, it should be noted that this is a common occurrence on the secondary marketBecause all tickets are listed and priced by individual sellers, prices are determined by those sellers, not by Online City Tickets, in accordance with their assessments of various market factors such as customer demandThis information is presented in large print on our website's home page, as well as on every ticket page, and again stated on our checkout page prior to the customer entering their payment information.Regarding Ms [redacted] claim that she was not made aware of the order total prior to purchase, it should be noted that this is inaccurateOur website is user-driven, and no order can be placed without the customer having been made aware of all order and pricing detailsWhen Ms [redacted] selected her tickets, she was taken to our Checkout pageFrom there, she was directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bold textMs [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bold-text message “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and checked a box signifying her agreement with this statementDuring this process, Ms [redacted] saw an even more in-depth order summary that displayed the quantity and prices of her tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge in bold print. With regard to her claim that the tickets were fake, it must be noted that this is inaccurateMs [redacted] received tickets that were backed by our 100% Money Back Guarantee to be valid and authenticThe event for which she purchased tickets occurred on the day following the submission of this complaint; therefore, Ms [redacted] had not yet had the opportunity to use her tickets.Ms [redacted] received her tickets by email moments after completing her order, and the tickets were valid for entry to the eventAs such, Online City Tickets has fully adhered to the terms and conditions to which Ms [redacted] agreed prior to purchaseAdditionally, we were not made aware of any dissatisfaction on the part of Ms [redacted] prior to receiving this complaintIf she would like to discuss this matter further, or if she has any other questions, we encourage her to utilize our customer service team who will be happy to assistAt this time, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Online City Tickets

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matterWe appreciate the opportunity to address Ms [redacted] concernsIt should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets? ?"instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.? Though Ms [redacted] claims that our position on the secondary market is stated in small print; this should be noted as inaccurateOur branding is intentionally different from those of any other site and adequately states that we have no affiliation with any venue.? Directly on our website it states, “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venueTicket prices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by Consol Energy Center.”? In regard to? Ms [redacted] concerns with the price printed on her tickets, or face value, it should be noted that since we operate as a secondary marketplace thatserves as an intermediary between sellers and customers all ticket prices are set by the sellers, not Online City TicketsThe price is set by individual sellers based on their individual assessments of various factors including customer demandThis fact is explained clearly throughout the purchase process, from a notice on every ticket listing and checkout page stating, "We are an independent resale marketplaceTicket prices may exceed face value."? Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both partiesThis means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy?"a standard throughout the industry.? As such, we consider this matter closed and encourage Ms [redacted] to contact our customer service with any additional concerns.? Regards,? Online City Tickets

Thank you for reaching out to usAt Online City Tickets, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customer’s concernsIt should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.Once our customer selected the event they were interested in, Midnight Oil, they navigated to the ticket listing pageOn this page, our customer selected a listing which clearly stated, "Section: A CenterRow: Q Email delivery by: 8/15/2017." After our customer selected this ticket listing, they are directed to the checkout pageHere customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, price per ticket, and the estimated delivery date was reiteratedOur customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method which restated the delivery date of 8/15/After a delivery method is selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total is calculatedA complete itemized breakdown of our customer’s order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $was displayed in bold text on the left-hand side of the pageThis information was fully disclosed before our customers are asked to enter any payment informationCustomers are then presented with our terms and conditions, including a bold message which clarifies, “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these termsCustomers are then prompted to select the "Review Order" button below these termsOnce selected, customers are taken to a review page which displayed their payment information, order summary and provided an additional itemized cost breakdown of their orderOur customer then proceeded to select "Confirm & Place Order" at which time their order was processed.Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets is not affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellersAlthough our customer has stated that she was expected to receive her tickets promptly after the order was placed, this is inaccurateThe estimated ship date, which was reiterated for our customer throughout the checkout process, is set by the seller and is often dependent upon the primary issuer's release of the ticketAs we have no affiliation with the primary issuer, we are unable to expedite this deliverySince our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both partiesThis means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.Prior to receiving this claim we discussed this matter with our customer to address their concernsWe maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressedRegards,Online City Tickets

I am rejecting the claim because while I did go through the verification process the tickets received are NOT in accordance to stipulated seat assignment The vendor asserts they "upgraded" seats BUT failed to acknowledge system initial processing leading up to exchange I am simply requesting purchase protection under their guaranteed satisfaction clause, asking for full refund for un-used ticketsRespectfully,

I would prefer to know exactly where the seats are I am purchasing rather than find out later

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I acknowledge that the terms of the agreement were given, and that I should have noticed that I only got one ticket? However, given that I contacted CityTickets immediately after the transaction (within minutes), there was no reason why the transaction could not have been canceled? Given the fact that I attempted to cancel the sale so quickly, and that I was buying one ticket for five times the face value, I would like to be refunded the full price? Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: ? The fact that the merchant processes "numerous successful transactions each day" has no bearing on the status of this particular transaction? Further the fact that they are a "resale marketplace" does not change their legal obligation to me the consumer to disclose all necessary ticket information in a clear and object manor, nor does it legally or ethically protect them from providing refunds for acceptable reasons as they would like to imply. If they have a company policy which states, "all sales are final" they are outwardly misleading / deceiving customers with their headline banner all over their webpage which indicates there is a 100% money back guarantee? Even if this guarantee is for different circumstances it is in no way clear to consumers? Further, although the steps of the ticket purchase may be as they listed I do not believe nor to I consent to the fact that the tickets were disclosed as being "obstructed view and alcohol free." ? Were that information clearly disclosed I would not have gone through with the purchase? As a result, when I opened the ticket page after completing the transaction I saw that language on the face of the ticket and contacted the merchant within a couple hours of the purchase to inform them that there must be a mistake to which I was told, as their response to this complaint would indicate, that there are no refunds and they are a resale marketplace? Prior to this response I have logged a third challenge with my credit card company and do not intend to ever allow the merchant to obtain the money for the tickets? I will also continue to log complaints against the company if they continue to refuse a valid refund which I am due? It would be in the merchants best interest to provide a full refund as they will lose more customers ? and money due to my complaints than they will gain in attempting to gain control of the money which they? deceitfully? are attempting to take for the tickets, for which I have no use Sincerely, [redacted]

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the concerns of our valued customer, Mr [redacted] At Online City Tickets, we value our customers and appreciate the opportunity to address this matterMr [redacted] has claimed that he believed he was purchasing through the website of the venue, or of the event itselfHowever, it should be noted that our web address and branding are intentionally dissimilar from those of any other ticket websiteOnline City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means that we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venueTicket prices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue or box office." Likewise, with regard to Mr [redacted] ' claim that the price of his tickets was different than the price printed on the tickets themselves, it should be noted that this is a common occurrence on the secondary marketBecause all tickets on our site are owned and listed by individual sellers, prices are set by those sellers--not by Online City Tickets--in accordance with their assessments of various market factors such as customer demandTherefore, ticket prices are not based on the original purchase price, or "face value" or the tickets, and may be higher or lower than that amount Because our customers are purchasing tickets owned by individual sellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both partiesThis means that we are unable to offer cancellations and must adhere to an "all sales are final" policy—a standard throughout the industryThis policy is disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Mr [redacted] ' valid, authentic tickets were 8/25, and he has subsequently downloaded themAdditionally, the event in question took place on 8/As such, Online City Tickets has fully adhered to our sales terms and conditions, to which Mr [redacted] agreed prior to purchaseWe have also reached out to Mr [redacted] and provided a resolution to this matter that is amicable to both partiesIf Mr [redacted] has any further questions or concerns regarding this or any other order, we encourage him to reach out to a member of our customer service teamAt this time, we consider this matter closed Regards, Online City Tickets
