I am rejecting this response because:The way your site pops up and redirects customers to your webpage instead of the authorized venue is deceiving We assumed that the price we were being charged was the general price for that seat When I click on a "buy tickets" tab on a reputable webpage such as *** ***, I assume that I am being taken to the licensed authorized ticket sales website endorsed by the artist, management, and the venue Yes, your site does clearly say that tickets will be above face value, but I consider it extremely unfair business practice to charge nearly times the face value, when the show isn't even sold out As far as the service fees go, they WERE NOT visible on the the final purchase page, and did not appear until AFTER the purchase was made and a conformation email was received with the actual total charged to the credit card, at which time we immediately phoned to argue Furthermore, customer service reps refused several times to give me the address of their business I don't know why the address is such a heavily guarded secret They gave me several toll free numbers to contact them at with my concerns, however, one Manager who claimed to be the supervising manager, stated he could not even locate my account with the account number and telephone number on file This was a blatant lie because when I called later that evening, the summary of the conversation I had with a different rep who had actually answered my call initially, but handed the call over to the supervisor (after putting me on a "brief" hold which lasted over eight minutes, when I asked him for the business address) was taken down in their notes I am completely outraged! Every time I ask for their address I am put on hold for 8-minutes, and then told they are not at liberty to give that I formation , or the mysteriously gets disconnected Last but not least, I contacted the management at the *** Arena where the event is taking place, who informed me that *** is the only vendor licensed and authorized by the management to sell OR RESELL tickets to events at the *** Arena They apologized and said the tickets are not valid I then called Onlinecitytickets again to convey this message asking for a refund and was treated very rudely, and told that the tickets are valid and that the management is only telling me otherwise because they don't make a profit from the ticket resale I stated again and again that the *** Arena Management stated this ticket sale was not authorized or valid but got nowhere I do not feel that it is even ethically right to attempt to use these tickets which management has told me are not valid I want a full refund This business should be shut down! They deceive, lie, and cheat their customers

This company's pricing is suspect, at bestI was charged $for EMAIL delivery of tickets (and there was no other delivery option)I'm not sure why I had to pay them so much so I could print out my own tickets on my own paper with my own printerThis exorbitant delivery charge was additional to the pricey $per ticket service charge

I so appreciate this business! Had never used it before and was satisfied

I cannot give a complete review until I actually get my ticketsRight now I got an order confirmation # and that I will receive my tickets before 3/2/That is a long time to wait to see if I really did purchase any tickets at all

I am rejecting this response because:The section I selected to purchase tickets in was Krow I assumed that the tickets would be in section Krow and yes the final review screen did show Nbut I still feel this was a bait and switch They showed a menu of the entire venue and I selected the seats specifically clicking on them on the map and was paying extra because Kis the first section behind the boxes and row would mean we would have nobody standing right in front of us during the event While I take some responsibility for not being more diligent (as I have never had to be with any other ticket service see below) before clicking accept I still have a core complaint that I clicked on seats in Krow but then was given seats in N Thus I dont feel satisfiedRegarding the call I took with them again I did not realize at that time my seats were not in K I didnt realize that until I received the seats in the mail Section Nis a full section behind K I have used *** *** dozens of times and *** dozens of times All offer a similar map of the venue and show exactly what seats are available and how much and you click on them and those are the seats you get In my dozens of transactions with *** *** and ticket master I have never had a problem, never been given seats in a different section than the ones I clicked on in the map so I was not hyper vigilant on checking the final screen to see if the seats were indeed what I clicked on And if you look I am not alone Over complaints on the Revdex.com site

which means we do not own or generate tickets--instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: "We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue." In the scope of customer satisfaction we have reached out to Mr*** and have come to an amicable resolution, through no fault of our own which we will explain below
Mr*** claims he was purchasing tickets directly from the Smith CenterHowever, the above disclaimer and our branding clearly show that we are not affiliated with any venue or other ticket marketplaceAnd, while Mr*** takes issue with the fact that the prices of his tickets exceeded those advertised by the venue, our sales terms clearly state that prices may be above face valueFurthermore, our checkout process gave him multiple opportunities to examine the full details of his order
When Mr*** selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded textMr*** was then directed to review our terms and conditions--visible in a text box below this order total--and presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, he was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditionsI have reviewed the Order Summary above," and a check box that he needed to click to continue with checkoutBelow this check-box, another message was displayed which read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $485.35, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When Mr*** clicked this button, he signified his acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed his order
Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process--from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refundsAs stated above, because customer satisfaction is important to us, we have reached out to Mr*** and have come to an amicable resolutionIf Mr*** would like to attend another live event in the future, or if he has any questions about an order or our website, we welcome him to reach out to us

Easy, fast and reliableWill definitely use any time I need tickets for Detroit

I too as shocked by a more than $charge PER TICKET for processing fees and an additional fee for downloading the tickets I would not buy tickets this way again I pray the tickets are accepted at the venue in 2017!!! All fees should be stated upfront before entering the purchasing section I believe I paid more than double for ticketsYikes
