Review: I have placed an order for one product item of the Bamboo Pillow, the second item was supposed to be free. But I got an additional third item added to my order without my authorization.

When order was placed online, there was no any opportunity to confirm the order listing before it was place, I feel like I was forced in placing the order without giving me a chance to review it.

I contacted the business right away, customer service was not available, so I sent an email on the provided address asking to correct the problem. No response was receieved.

I called the following morning, and the customer service agent told me it was too late to correct the order as it was already being processed.

I was advised to sit by my house door, wait for the USPS and reject the order then, so it gets sent back to the seller. I have never even heard of this! This order does not require signature, so the postman is just going to drop it at my door step.

Now I am left with waiting 3-6 weeks until order arrives, send it back at my expense, hope to get a refund yet the shipping and handling with be held back for each pillow?!? Thats an additional $30 that I did not authorize either!Desired Settlement: I would like to receive complete and full refund for this dissatisfactory transaction, and a prepaid mail label also sent to my address so I can send this order back.

Review: I purchased these Foot Angel Compression Socks and I am not at all satisfied. For one they hurt my feet as soon as I put them on. I have never been in so munch pain in my life until I slipped these on to my feet. I called to have them return for a refund and some lady told me they would refund me $5.00 if I kept them. Why would I want to keep them if they hurt my feet? I can't even walk around with them on for more than 2 minutes. If I return them all I get is the $12.99 back. I don't get the shipping and handling which I don't believe is fair. Yes they clearly say that on the website but I still don't think it's fair. To me saying that means that customers have not been happy with these so I'm not alone. I know I can't get my money back but I want others to know NOT to purchase these! Go to Walmart and buy yourself a nice comfy pair of gel insoles by Dr. Scholl's, which is what I plan on doing for my heel spurs and plantar fasciitis.Desired Settlement: I would love to receive a FULL REFUND if possible!

Review: I just placed an order online #[redacted] on 8/29/15. It was the most ridiculous transaction I’ve ever done. I really felt like I was scammed. I tried to order a black small/med Foot Angel for myself and my free one for my son large/xlarge. After declining all the upgrades, I did agree to one which would’ve given me an additional $2.50 on each pair. I paid with Paypal and it took me over to them for payment. There was no final invoice, confirm for payment, just paid and confirmed. Now, my $15 is now at $63.94. I immediately call customer service to cancel and she tells me she only takes orders, not customer service. So knowing I'm a teacher and can't call, I found an em and sent them a message. Asked to cancel shipment before it's sent. I called PaypalI get an email the following night that it was shipped already. So I was told to refuse the package, I did. It's a month later, no refund. Customer service hangs up on me when I demand a supervisor after 20 min of their games. First they can't refund cause I started a claim, now it's they didn't receive the package back. It's all a scam.Desired Settlement: An apology and a refund. Canceling an order and getting a refund should not be this difficult.

To be clear, on 10/5 after the customer service ordeal, I sent an em back to the company, reported them to the Revdex.com, then I called Paypal to inform them that they refused to refund the money.Paypal escalated the claim (which orig claim was made on the purchase date but Paypal said the company must refund) and reassured me that they would get my money back.On 10/6 the money was refunded from Ontel to my Paypal account. Paypal then closed the dispute because of payment. So until I got other parties involved, Ontel didn't willingly give me my refund.

Review: Ordered these as as result of an ad on TV. Received confirmation of order # [redacted] on 12/03/13. Confirmation stated "allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. I called them late in December ( about Dec 24) to see when they would be shipped. I was told they would ship about January 5,2014 because they were on back-order. I called again today January 14, and was told it was on back-order and would not ship until mid February now because they were on back-order. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told nothing could be done, and I would simply have to wait, as there were hundreds of people with the same situation as I have. Why are they allowed to go on TV and sell a product that they do not have. Someone should put a stop to this type of marketing. I placed an order, in error for 4 pillows. Thought it never completed. Hit the "back button" on the computer page and entered it correctly for 2 pillows. Then I get an email for both orders. So I called immediately to cancel the one I had done incorrectly. I was told they couldn't do it yet, as it hadn't all gone into their system. (then how did I get an email for both?) I told them the above story, and told the woman that order with the four pillows was the one I wished to cancel. She said she would once it was in. Next day I get an email that the 4 pillow order had processed, and the 2 pillow order was cancelled! So I called, to tell them that was wrong. I was told by Ina, that there was nothing she could do unless I sent an email cancelling it. I asked why I wasn't told this by the first woman! So I immediately sent in an email, and called them right back, all within 5 minutes. This time I was told that the email didn't matter, as it had already shipped!! I asked to speak to a manager, and was told there was no manager there for me to speak with at that time! I told her again verbally to cancel the order as I had done exactly as told, and now knew I was getting "the run-around"! She kept insisting I could return it and would be refunded the cost, minus the S & H. I told her I should not have to pay for their mistake, and that this was the poorest customer service I have ever experienced!! I am now letting everyone know what a shoddy scam of a business this is, and to NEVER buy any of their products!

Review: I purchased the 'Swivel Sweeper Max' on 5/02/2014 through the swivelsweeper.com site. Order No. [redacted]. Shortly after my first use the product broke. An end brush snapped off from the chassis leaving it inoperable. I tried to contact the company and had a great deal of difficulty getting a response. (Finally) I was made aware of their (working) phone number and placed an order for their 'replacement brush kit'. Two days later I received an E-Mail from the company informing me that (now) the item would not be sent for at least another 8 weeks. I inquired (why) such a delay and (why) did they not inform me of this when I ordered the product. There was no response. I inquired several times as would rather purchase the item elsewhere in a more prompt fashion. They 'never' replied to my several E-Mails. Over 9 weeks passed and still no delivery of the item or response of (any) kind. I went back to the internet to see if I could have any correspondence with the company and found that (suddenly) the customer service access sites were closed with no forwarding information. I became knowledgeable of countless complaints for the same or similar reasons to this company and also noticed that some retail stores (such as Walmart) were selling these products on 'clearance sales'. I realized I had been scammed and perhaps the company was going out of business (?) The item only cost $10.00 but months went by while I was not able to use the item and have not been able to locate (any) outlet that can provide me with the replacement part. Therefore I am in possession of a useless (hardly used) item that cost me $70.96 with no opportunity to repair it.Desired Settlement: Refund for entire item (as it is useless and can not function properly without the missing part). Review: On Thursday October 3, 2014 at approximately 1700 hours I went to the [redacted] in [redacted] Oklahoma where I brought a product called wonder wax. Later that night I followed all of the instruction's gave and after putting it into my skin and letting it dry it didn't pull any hair off. I went to the other people that live in my house to show them and again no hair came off at all. Since the product didn't work and didn't do what it says it well do I called[redacted] where I brought it from but they said that I had to go through the company that made it.

Review: My Mother purchased a battery for a swivel sweeper from this company she had previously bought, on 6/11/15. It never came, she contacted them, and they told her she hadn't ordered one. She had a photo copy of her check that they had cashed on 7/1/15. She called and they gave her a fax #. I faxed it to them for her. She was to have it within 15 days. Never came. She called several more times to no avail. She asked for her money back. On Fri. the 11th of Sept. a gentleman told her when she called that she would have her battery in 2 days, which I failed to believe, on Sunday, delivery? I emailed the Ontel Company, and never got a response. I called 9/22/15, and no supervisors were available, too late in the day. They would call me today, 9/23/15. It's now 2:40 p.m.. still no contact. I called them earlier today, and had to leave a message. It's only $25.98, and they can't refund, or send the battery. It's ridiculous. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company again. Mom is 83 years old and loves this swivel sweeper. I can't believe this has taken this long and still no resolution! She gets a different story from everyone she speaks with when she calls. Now on the website, they have not one sweeper, but 2 sweepers along with 2 batteries, and chargers, and 2 mini sweepers and free rush processing, for less than my mom paid for her one sweeper quite some time ago. This company is definitely crooked.Desired Settlement: It would be so nice to get her money back as we can't seem to get anything accomplished with this company. We will never do business with them again, and believe me when I say we are spreading the word about how they don't care to take care of their customers with good customer service. Review: I made an online purchase after watching an infomercial on Miracle Bamboo pillows, while on vacation. I had a pre paid gift card of $50. I used it to make the purchase of $49.85. I received a confirmation email from miracle bamboo pillow stating my order was received using the Visa gift card. The email also stated 'allow 24-48 hours for customer service' to have information on my order and that the card will not be processed until it ships. 6 days later, I still didn't receive any correspondence regarding my order. I emailed customer service to inquire on the status of my order and they responded that my order was rejected because I used a gift card. They never informed me the order was rejected in 6 days. The website doesn't state they do not accept gift cards or pre paid cards as a form of payment. I reply back to them regarding this issue and all I kept receiving for 6 more days is how their system doesn't accept gift cards and they apologize for the inconvenience and I can call in with another form of payment. Since I received a confirmation email, and it had been a week I threw out the gift card assuming my order was being processed and shipped. Now I'm out my gift card and order with miracle bamboo pillow because of their poor customer service. All I want is my order and asked for some compensation. After receiving several emails, essentially repeating the same thing and not addressing their errors the final email I received was that they didn't charge the card and cannot since their system rejected it and will not compensate me because they didn't charge me. But had I not emailed them 6 days after my confirmation email, when was I going to be notified my order was rejected? They have very poor customer service.Desired Settlement: I want my pillows. I am rejecting this response because: part of my complaint is that they DID NOT notify me via phone or email that my order was rejected as stated in their response. Also I did not dispute delivery time. The gift card was a free gift for a vacation I was on. I did not purchase it and do not have the receipt for it. There is no way for me to get the full card number and security code on the back of it. I wouldn't have thrown the card out if I hadn't received a confirmation email that my order was received with that payment. If I was notified, as stated in their confirmation email, within 48 hours that my order was rejected I would have have given a separate payment and not have thrown out a card I could use today for something else. I'm at a loss because of their lack of following their own policies by not notifying me via phone or email in 6 days from my confirmation email that stated the order WAS processed. Once again, it's poor customer service

Review: I accidentally placed 2 online orders for the bamboo pillows, after realizing this the next day, I called and received confirmation over the phone that both orders were cancelled due to they were received in a short amount of time using the same payment. I then placed another order over the phone. I was billed for this 3rd order and received my product almost 2 weeks ago. I then go to check my checking account and find another bill for the same item. I called the company and there is nothing that they can do at this time since the product has already been shipped. They are willing to refund me half of the amount in 3-5 days and then once I reject the package, they will refund me the rest of the money. Review: I placed an order online for the monkey glow pet. It was not advertised as being on back order. 9 days after placing the order I received an email that it was on back order. It's been over a month and I still have not received the product. I sent an email no response. I called them and voice mail directs you back to the website and hangs up. I tried to cancel the order but when you click the cancel order button, it tells you to call the number that tells you to go to the website. It just gives you the run around. I bought this for my Niece's birthday which is long over.Desired Settlement: I would like the delivery of my order soon. If I can't have that I want my order canceled. Thank you

On July 3, 2013, we advised the customer multiple times via email and voice mail to call customer service and substitute the Monkey Glow Pet with another available style. She has not responded to date. Since we were unable to fulfill her order, her Glow Pet order was cancelled today and an email notification was sent in this regard. Her credit card was not charged.

Review: I placed an order for Cami Secret 9/14/2014. After finding out the product was on back order for a while, I requested a refund on 1/5/2015. I have contacted them numerous times (3/2/15, 4/28/15 and 6/23/15) I still have not received my refund. I contacted them again on 7/28/15, and was told, again, they would contact me in next 24 hours. Review: I talk to the Ontell Products Corporation after I bought my Swivel Sweeper Max because after paying 64 dollars for 2 mops one worked great and the other the battery didnt work.I was told to send the battery back for a new one which they sent me BUT it still didnt work.The co. than figured they would send me a charger But never did. So 4 or 5 weeks ago I called Ontell at ###-###-#### and was told that if I send the sweeper back to the lamb Avenue Las Vegas Nevada address they will send me a brand new one.They still say they never got the one I sent to them and refuse to send me my new one. I called today and they still say they haven't gotten the one I sent back. I call many times and they always say the same thing. Review: I ordered a product from ontel earlier this year. exact date i'm not sure. maybe february or march 2015. a month ago I received a call saying they were shipping the product. I said that item was ordered months ago and I do not want it now, cancel my order. they would not. I received item, after I cancelled it, and requested to send it back. they will not respond. I had capital one, my credit card co. refund the amount until they looked into it. they since paid ontel the $58 and change. ontel will not let me send back the item without charging me fees and shipping that would amount to over 50% of the money spent to buy the item.Desired Settlement: I want ontel to send me (or email) me a pre-paid label so I can ship this back to them, and refund my money. I do not feel I owe them anything, because I cancelled the order BEFORE they sent it.
