Review: Slushie magic does not work after reading reviews I have found out this is a long running issue with this product supplied ice cubes don't freeze I have had both of mine in my freezer for close to a month and nothing. Review: I ordered a product called foot angel distributed by ontel products corp. it is anti-fatigue compression foot sleeve. I ordered the largest size a mens size lxl only for the fact I wanted the easiest to get on size. when I received them I could not get them on without great discomfort. when I finally wedged them on my feet went numb they were so tight. I have wore other compression products and never had this problem. when I went on line to see if others had this problem I found that alot of other people had the same problem. I could return them at my own cost and would not be getting my original shipping and handling costs which are inflated, so I would be losing money if I did this with nothing in hand. this products commercial is very misleading. foot angel more like foot devil. I would like this product to have honest sizes because this is a product for people with foot problems.Desired Settlement: I want my money back because of false advertisement .

Review: They have a deceptive and fraudulent website. They adveritse their product on tv and that you can obtain double the order for extra shipping cost. The product is advertised for $10.00 and you can double the order for the same price with additional shiping. Website keeps asking you if you want this product and that product, I thought I was fulfilling the TV offer of double the product for $10 plus shipping. The website then asks for credit card info. Then instead of showing you a total, they just charge your card THEN show you a total. My total which I thought was $10 plus shipping ( I thought maybe $5 to ship) came to $69.98.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of my order and I would like their website to be more forthright. I can not believe it is legal to not show the total until after you agree to charge your credit card when you actually have no real idea of what they have charged you for.

Review: I ordered a product in late December and after 5 calls finally received it in early May. However, it was the incorrect item so I called and another item was shipped to me, but again it was the incorrect item. I called and was told that the do not even have what I need. I then asked for my money back and they said I would get it but would have to send one of the two incorrect items back. I told them I would send both back but since this was not my mistake, they would have to pay the shipping. The customer service man I talked to put me on hold and came back and told me that I would get my money back and could keep both items (that I do not need.) The very next day I get a call from their customer service saying I have to return one of the items at my cost. I called again and explained the nearly 6 month ongoing story and explained that I was told I would get my money back without having to return. This time I was transferred to an extremely rude customer service lady who said, not matter what, at my own expense, I had to return the item they shipped incorrectly in order to get my own money back. I have dates and names of people I have spoken to. It is bad enough that I have waited since late December to get my item and that I have twice been shipped an incorrect item. But to add to that I was told that I would get my money back and I would not need to return anything and then the very next day I am called to say I have to return. I understand they have a company policy - that even if company is wrong - that the customer still has to pay, but once their CSR said I would get my money back with no return then that should be honored. This is for Iron Gym (an Ontel product) and the address on my original form was Fairfield, NJ although they are asking I return it to Las Vegas, NV.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $16.98 paid for an item I never received although I did twice receive a wrong item. I would like this refund without me having to pay to return the items their company shipped incorrectly. I will gladly take the items to [redacted], [redacted] or the [redacted] it the company does want them back but I will need call tags or account numbers because I should not have to pay for their mistake.

I do accept Iron Gym sending a check for $16.98. I need to add though that the vendor's repsonse is not entirely truthful. They never told me they were sending me "the next size" when they sent a 36" bar and then when I called to let them know that they sent the wrong size, they reshipped the exact same thing again. I am satisfied that they are refunding the money. Is it possible to find out how soon I will see the refund. (since my check was originally mailed 12/27 and they cashed it in January.)

Review: I placed an order with the merchant on 04/10/2014. I emailed them 04/25/2014 requesting an update on the status of my order. I did not receive a reply. I eamailed them again on 05/15 requesting to know the status of my order and did not receive a reply. I emailed them again 05/17/2014 advising them I was no longer interested in the merchandise and to cancel my order. On 05/19/2014 my credit card was charged $51.95. I called the company and was told the merchandise had been on back order but was now ready to ship. I advised the agent I no longer wanted or needed their product I was told there was nothing they could do. When I requested to speak with Supervisor, I was told no one was available and my account would be noted for a call back. As of 2:37 pm 05/22/2014 I have not been contacted. I gave this company ample opportunity to contact me, and at no point could the be bothered to reply. Review: Ordered miracle copper socks online, once I finished putting in my payment information a series of up-selling offers were made, especially the compression firmness. The ad was clear that compression was a key benefit of the product at a price and then during the up-selling--to get "firm" compression--additional cost was required. I think that the additional compression should not be an additional cost--the basic feature of the product is the compression capabilities of the product. Otherwise, the order should be made after being asked to upgrade versus after the order has been accepted--there was not a way to go back and modify or cancel the order.

Review: I ordered from Ontel’s Foot Angel website. I ordered 2 pairs of compression socks thinking the second pair would be free per their advertised offer. They charged me for 2 pairs and S&H on 4 pairs, but they completed my order before I had an opportunity to review and confirm it. I immediately called their customer service number (which took a while to find on their website) and was told that orders took 24 hours to show up in their system, and to call back the next day (which it still wasn’t in their system then either). The email with my order didn’t say “do not reply”, so I replied telling them to cancel my order, along with some commentary about what I thought about their shady business practices.

I checked my order status 4 days after placing the order, and my order still wasn’t found, so I thought it had been cancelled as I had requested. Over a week after I placed the order, I received an email saying my order was on back order. Of course, the email was sent after their customer service line was closed on Friday night, and their customer service line is only staffed Monday through Friday, so I have to wait until Monday and risk the order being shipped in the meantime.

.Desired Settlement: I’m still trying to get this resolved, but if it does go through, I intend to dispute it with my credit card company. I have a well-documented trail of my attempts to cancel this order.

I also would like to make the Revdex.com aware of this company's questionable business practices.

Please note the company could avoid customer dissatisfaction over their online ordering experience by allowing customers the opportunity to review and confirm their orders prior to completing the order. This site is the first that I've visited that requests credit card information upfront and then does not give the customer the opportunity to review and confirm his/her order.

Review: Ordered a set of pillows online, 2 orders generated and credit card was issued on both. One order (which was correct) was for 2 pillows at the cost of approx 49.00. Then a second order trippled and was charged both at the same time with a charge of 179.00. An email and phone call was placed the moment after realizing there were 2 orders generated. The help desk gaurenteed no orders would be placed ( because they never place 2 orders when its the same credit card without verifying). That was lie number 1, because I did get shipped out 6 pillows and the 2 I ordered were cancelled. Multiple calls and texts were placed to cancel this order.( All which have been saved). Then after I received an email stating that 6 were shipped I called again and was told to remove 2 and send the rest of the 4 back and they would reimburse me my shipping. Lie number 2. They are now refusing my shipping that cost me 72.00. Stating only 30.00 would be refunded. Also the cost of the 2 pillows were charged at 59.99 when it clearly states on their own website they are 29.99 plus 9.99 for the extra one.

Review: We saw this online and ordered it, but by the time the shipping and handling was included on the very last page we decided we didn't want it and cancelled the order. We received numerous emails from them with backorder status on this order--we tell them over and over again that this order was cancelled and I have many emails showing that we cancelled this order. Review: I purchased a Slushy Magic today and two of the three ice cubes had mold growing and floating inside of them. Their website claims that the ice cubes are non toxic and 100% safe..but mold is NOT safe.Desired Settlement: I either would like a refund or a replacement of the affected parts. I am even scared that a replacement would have the same issues. I also don't think that they should be allowed to state that the cubes are "100% safe" or "non toxic", as that is not the case.

I started off with what I thought to be a $20.00 order to a grand total of $94.98 They were also charging a website surcharge for $1.00!! Can you do this? After looking over my order and being quite upset with my total and the amount of products I was receiving I could honestly say it was a big ripoff! As of 12/17/2015, I have yet to receive my order. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times via email and have not received a response on the status of my order.

It has been over two months since I have placed the order and still have not received the product. I continually see advertisements for the products on TV but the company cannot fulfill the orders in an acceptable time period. I just finished speaking to a customer service rep, Maryann and my complaint has been resolved. The Bamboo pillow people are shipping out another pillow. They said they never received anything and didn't know what was going.

Review: I recently tried to purchase a Miracle Bamboo Pillow. Their website does not give you a chance to confirm what you are ordering before placing it, that comes afterwards. I immediately noticed an issue-I only wanted 2 pillows, and I was being charged for 4. It was early in the morning so knew that they weren't open yet. I immediately sent an email to their customer service-still no response to that email. I then also called right away and was told that there was nothing that could be done that day-I would have to wait a day to call. I was assured that my order could be modified by the agent. I proceeded to call the next day and was then told that they couldn't do anything because my card had already been charged. I asked to speak to a supervisor-named Abby. She informed me that she sent an email asking for the shipment to be stopped, but couldn't refund my card until they confirmed that. I told her that I demanded the charge be completely removed from my card now-I was not feeling good about this company at this point and decided to no longer purchase any pillows. She then said she went ahead and refunded my card but it would take 3-5 days to show up. I asked her to send me this in email, she said she couldn't, they didn't have email. Ironic, given that she told me she had emailed the shipping company to stop my order, apparently email just magically disappeared. She told me I could see the status of my order on their website and it would show cancelled. I pulled it up with her on the line, only to see that it was still in a placed status. This company is a sham and should not be allowed to operate this way. All I wanted was an email request that the actions had been done to refund my card, and they refuse to give that. An email is simple and could have saved this whole thing. I also asked to speak to this manager's supervisor, to which the response was that she didn't have one. Not likely.Desired Settlement: I want to ensure that the $120 that was charged to my card is completely refunded by this company.

Review: I ordered 2 pillows for 29.00 accidently ordered 2 more for 59.00The next morning I called to cancel the extra pillows and they said I could not I had to wait for 24-48 hours I called 36 hours later and they said they were shipped. When I received them I called to return themand they would only give me 7.00 refund for shipping they refunded the 59.00 but it cost me 20.00 for them to ship them it cost me 38.40 to return them I called to complain and ask for a refund of 58.40 they said no maybe 20.00 I asked to speak to a supervisor they said she would call back in 48 hours she never did I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor again they said she would call within 48 hours never did I am 70 yrold and on a pension so two 29.00 pillows cost me 129.00 shouldhave cost me 50.00 with shipping I am out 50.00 And a badthing is I cannot use the pillowsDesired Settlement: I would like them to refund my credit card for 58.40

Review: On December 24,2013 I purchased two Squeezy Freezy cups from WalMart in Southington CT. When the cups were opened on christmas they were found to have mold on the inside of the cups between the plastic and the cup itself. This is unsanitary and unhealthy. We contacted the company that indicated we needed to take a picture of the mold on the product and submit the picture via email and a full refund would be issued, that they did not want the cups back and we could disgard them. We did just that emailed the picture of the item. Not to mention even regardless of mold htese cups do not work they do not make slushies as described. Customer service wrote back telling us if we want a refund to bring the cups back with all the original packaging to Walmart in matter to get a refund. This was not what we ere told on the phone. When explaining this to them and we no longer had a recipt as we mentioned to the rep on the telephone they still said return to WalMart. We dont have the cup to return as we were told to discard...Desired Settlement: I desire a full refund for the purchase of the two items

Review: On June 23, 2015 I sent a check to Ontel Products for $13.98 ; check number [redacted] for a battery charger and never received the item. I called customer service twice; phone number ###-###-#### and was told the corporate office took care of that. I never heard of a corporate office looking up why an item was not shipped out to the customer. I asked for the phone number for the corporate office. She said she couldn't give out the information. It was so frustrating.

I just want a refund for $13.98. I read on your web site where a customer who did not receive their item complained to ontel and they sent him the wrong item twice and wanted him to pay for the shipping charges which was clearly their mistake. He just wanted to get a refund at that point. I do not want to deal with that problem; they are too disorganized. Thank you for your help.
