ID [redacted] Hello,We would like to address the customers concerns below and offer a solution to this issueAs previously stated we did not send this productWe order our glassware from a manufacturer that engraves the artwork we send them onto their glasswareOur company was not informed that they had switched their decanter set to a new styleWhen working with another company over an issue like this it often takes weeks to solve and we are still in the process of working with themAs any other retailer we pay our employees to create the artwork that goes on the glassware, we pay the fee for the glassware, and we pay an engraving feeThese costs add up and we do have to sell our products at a higher price then we pay the glassware manufacturer to make a profitAs the product received was of a lower quality we offered a partial refund to make up for the quality discrepancyWe did not mean to offend the customer, we were just looking to seek a compromise as the product was custom madeWe have very few complaints on the internet compared to the tens of thousands of orders we have a year and we are always willing to work with the customerThe customer is correct in the fact that the picture has not changed, as we are waiting for our glassware manufacturer to send us a sample of the new decanter set to have pictures taken to display on our websiteAs the customer did not want a partial refund they can ship the decanter set back to:Origin of Names [redacted] ***Once we have received the decanter set they will be fully refunded the price of$Have a nice day.Sincerely,Origin of Names

ID 10820788Hello,We sent an email to [redacted] on July 20th stating that would be happy to provide a full refund as they were unable to receive the cuff links in AustraliaBut to do so they must open a non recieval dispute through paypal, as paypal does not allow us to refund orders over days old otherwiseIf the customer will open a paypal case we would be happy to give them a 100% refundWe apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.Sincerely,Origin of Names

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Although the items did arrive Friday, the one and only reason I received these items at all was because I contacted Revdex.comI had waited patiently for the items and had requested updates without ever a follow up or the courtesy of a reply for weeks! Hello,The customers order was shipped out on November 7thOn the 16th the customer contacted us to let us know it has not been received and that the tracking number showed no movementWe opened a case with USPS and they were unable to find the whereabouts of the package, as the post office we had used had not scanned the package into their systemWhen the investigation was over we emailed the customer on the 21st to let them know what we had found outA replacement was then created and shipped out once again to the customerThe customer responded on the 21st and had found our response acceptable.Thank You,Origin of Names

Hello, The customer did report the problem, but after the time period stated in our replacement policy on our websiteWe would like to settle this issue and would be happy to send replacements, but there is an issue with paymentThe customer did a chargeback through their credit card company in conjunction with paypalAccording to paypal the chargeback is still being reviewedThis has essentially frozen the charge, thus we cannot offer a refund or a replacementThe customer will need to contact their credit card company about this issue Sincerely,Origin of Names

Hello,The customer contacted us on May 23rd about having not received part of their orderOn the 24th we replied to let the customer know that it had been shipped separately and that shipping to Israel via USPS normally takes 2-weeks for delivery, dependent on customsAs it was coming up on the
latter end of the shipping estimate and it is very common that international packages go missing in customs, we did proactively ship a replacement out and with trackingThe customer was informed of this on May 25th and given the USPS tracking number ***The matter has been resolved. As the customer is located in Australia, delivery normally takes an extra 2-weeks for delivery, dependent on customsWe responded to the customers email inquiry on December 4th after contacting our glassware manufacturerWe informed the customer that our glassware manufacturer had taken
longer than usual on production and due to this they upgraded the shipping free of charge to USPS International Priority to ensure Christmas deliveryWe let the customer know that according to USPS this shipping service takes 6-business days for delivery and we then provided a link to track the package

The customer did contact us on December 1st asking to change their custom full color clock's imageThe image they provided was in black and white and we emailed the customer on the 2nd asking for the colors they wanted used, as that info was not providedWe never received a response to our
email and there is no record of the customer's email on the 5thAs the customer did not get back to us about their order we kept it on hold waiting for a responseAs they no longer wish to receive the product we have cancelled and fully refunded their order
