I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I highly recommend the business improves communications with its customers. The automatic reply does not answer any questions the customer has about their order. The only direct communication I ever received was when disputes were filed.

The Origin of Names did provide some insight as to the delay of my order being that different parts were returned to two different locations I appreciate this. However, I do not feel that my issue is resolved. The Origin of Names stated that they have re-shipped my packages to the corrected address however they stated that the expected delivery date was August 10th, 2015. August 10th is the date that my package was returned to their company in Spokane, WA and therefore cannot be the date expected for delivery to me. I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on August 24th therefore I have concern. I did pay an additional shipping fee to re-ship the package and assume that the company received a new tracking number when they re-shipped my package. I am hoping that they can provide me with this new tracking number. In the event that they did not get a new shipping number, I expect to be notified of the date that the package was re-shipped and when the company expects me to receive my package so that I can follow up with them if I do not receive my package by that time. Today is September 6th, 2015 and I have not received my package yet.

I understand the companies position, but do not agree that this is simply a printer issue. I still have a product that I am unable to use. I've tried several printing options and consider myself to be fairly technology savvy. Even though this is not at issue, I would advise Origin of Names to consider their customer service approach. I was looking forward to using them for gifts for several weddings coming up this Spring/Summer, but found them to be unresponsive and unkind in their responses.  Not a business I would recommend.

According to USPS the replacement was delivered on December 5th at 6:20 pm. Not only did we correct the customer's issue, but we also sent her double the coat of arms prints she had ordered to make up for USPS's error.
