The first thing I will say is , when doing business with this company understand what the quote is and the space that is given on the quote.Once you understand that you can get a idea of what the total cost may end up being more than the quoted price for the cubic ft quoted.These guys showed up before the time with notice and took care of ever part of my move,I had to move or touch nothing.When the delivery time came about I had a issue with where to delivery because I was scammed for renting a house.I called the movers and they told me get a storage place with a address and they will take care of everything and the did just that.I got all my item a few plastic bins was cracked but that just part of moving, what I was move concerned with is my valuables made safety and they did

On March *** I requested a quote for a move from Queens,NY to Ellenwood,Ga Out of State Movers give me a quote for $for cu ft @per cu ftOn March *** a *** *** *** from that company came to my place and took an invertory of my things and the next day email me an updated quote of for cu ft @per cu ftWhile he was there I question him about the price and he inform me that it would only go up if I had more things added.
On April *** , *** the driver and I found out that he was the owner as wellTold me that my things was more than what was quotedDue to the fact that I was to be out of my place that same day that I had no other choice but to move.As *** and another person began to pack my things in to wardrobe boxes instead of regular moving boxesthere use four wardboxes to pack my thingsKicthen, bathroom, pots and pans lamps shades ,books,dvd's and cd's all mix in to the same boxes.They use my sheets ,towels ,pillows to cushion thingsthey wrap my tv and pictures frames in moving blankets and didn't use bubble wrap or crated the electronics stuffsAs he was moving one of the wardrobe boxes it fell and he didn't note thatHe was to wrap the last sofa pillow and that never happen.The next day I went to the address on the paperwork to check on things and flound out that that wasn't the company addressso the promble that I am having now is to put in a claim I need some numbers off of the paperwork that ***s gave me, but is is so bad written that I can't see or and read it.
So if you would sent me a readable copy of my paper work so I can claim to lose and a address of your business I will move to the next step.

They did a great job with the move, we live out in long island and they came all the way here to pack our stuffThey took everything in one dayMy parents were happy with the work Carlos R*** and the two other workers didThey packed it all in boxes and kept a good tally of our itemsNow waiting for it to arrive at the destination

In responds to this complaint #***, *** *** *** was present at the day of the move*** *** did sign the Binding Price before the truck was loadedThis means *** *** understood, and agreed to the binding price
before the truck was loaded The customer always have a choice if that the binding price was not agree, they can always send us awayIn this case *** *** did not send us away*** *** wanted us to proceed with the MoveThe rate per cubic feet was NOT Change, and cannot/will not be changeThe price on *** ***’s move got a little higher was because, they had way more items then they originally given us over the phone estimateWe always give estimate over the phone according to the customer’s item list they provide usOn the day of the move the list was not the same as the list they provided beforeThere for the price will change

ID#:***Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complain.On the day of the move yes *** did a walk through with *** ***, and find that there was more items then originally estimated given over the phoneRight away *** ***'s wife started to cures at the crew with the "*" wordThe crew then started to avoid any argurments and waited in the truckThat was when *** *** came out to the truck and apologize to the crew and wanted to go ahead with the moveThe move begain after the proper documents were signed and agreed by *** ***.Out Of State Movers did provide all the packing materials for the *** to pack what they want to pack by them self, and they did because they wanted to save some spaceRegarding the Watch, with all the respect we the crew of Out Of State Movers do not need a watchAt this point this is speculation without foundationWe expect ALL our customers keep their personal items personalFor example: Passports; jewlery; Money etc., Nobody from our crew ever saw the Watch before the move, during the move, or even after the move.Inventory list is listed by: China Boxes, Linen Boxes, Dresser, or end tables etc., Not what is insided the china boxes likefork or spoons.Regarding the delivery day payment, the payments was always agreed on and signed on the day of the move. The information listed in the response is not correct. The amount being moved was well less than the quoted "minimum" for the move. The additional money was, I was told by the company, and 18% gratuity that was added for the drivers. This was not listed as such and not explained prior to the move.

We used Out of State to move boxes and bedroom furniture from NY to Ga on Sept ***We were in constant phone contact and they showed up on time at a storage facility Carlos was very personable, professional and explained the whole process to usHis helper took great care in wrapping the furniture and we left confident our belongings were in good handsWe will likely use them again

They were EXTREMELY professional, punctual with their time, and very fast with the moving process. I have never met a service that has been so hospitable. Pricing is very good and the service couldn't have been any better.
