Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[redacted]  [redacted]  [redacted]  If your company, as you claim, is "experience and professional" than you would have addressed more of the issues I brought to light.   First off, I am a HE ([redacted]), not a SHE.  I'd think you would have remembered that from our conversations before you started rejecting my calls. Second, regardless of the fact that your company underestimated our move by 62% (the percentage you chose to ignore in your response), you also chose to ignore the fact that your "experience and professional" company LIED to me about where my household goods were, who had them, and when they would be delivered. As convenient as it must be for you to claim that you follow DOT rules and regulations, and as such, were less responsible for your actions, please choose the higher road and not blame others for your company's mistakes.  As you/your company have wronged another human, please have the decency to right that wrong and go above and beyond your contract.  (I would imagine that if you were in my place you would expect/demand the same thing.) Man to man.... you and your company need to own up.Sincerely, [redacted]PS. Attached is a picture of a guitar ruined in the move.  It's value is over $300, yet based off your response you/your company would give me less that $6 for it... again, please do the right thing.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseIt is hard to deal with some one or a company that base everything on lies and build a total new story from nothing.1- My wife never said that "*" word to anyone or any member of the crew. we are educated and polite enough not to do that, so that is a lie.2- [redacted] did walk around my apartment and we all agree he did. what we don't agree is his behavior when he was walking around. he never behaved as a professional foreman but as a cop or investigator. that was RUDE.3- We never put a "fork" or "Spoon" in any of the boxes, the crew did everything. IT was [redacted] who told me, that they are going to do everything professionally to help me saving some space. So saying that we did pack is a LIE.4- I understand that none of your workers don't need a watch as good as I understand that they need the money after selling the watch ( everybody need money). That watch wasn't a cheap one. I understand that you "may" feel embarrassed because one of your packer stole that watch and as I said before you will not accept it, but after your replay I really understand that all the 3 guys that were at my house did see the watch and they all know who did take it. You keep saying that no one did see the watch but you know that the watch was there, and you know that was going to hard to believeif u were going to say that I got that watch on the box and i already have it but I am just lying. knowing that, u choose to say that you never did see that watch. Did the packer guy share the money with you [redacted]?????5- I understand that check issue. The problem is, that when we were negotiating, [redacted] told us that we were going to pay by check all the amount.  So you did lie to us at the beginning because you wanted us to hire you.6- How come you never talk about extra space that you did charge us????????? Because that is true and you are afraid to accept it. Because you know that u did lie us about the space that we used on the truck. At the end as I said on the top it is hard to deal with professional liars because that is what you are. Not professional movers as you sell your self but professional liars.Thank you.[Your Answer Here]

[redacted],  I do not know if you are a man of faith or morals, but if you are, you must know the way you are handling your company's mistakes is wrong.  I had hoped that you would make it right, but I feel that you are either too proud or too stubborn to admit that you/your company has "lost" or damaged thousands of dollars of worth of our belongings...at least you refuse to make it right, which is the only honorable thing to do.  I have called your office many times, and left many messages asking for our order number which was not written on our paperwork and is required for us to open a claim with Anthem.  It seems you are more willing to communicate on this public forum than deal with me as a man on the phone, so please respond to this with our order number and we will let Anthem do their job.Sincerely disappointed, [redacted]

Dear [redacted],We are very sorry for your damaged items, please contact our Claims department for any claims. Anthem Claim Management: ###-###-####. [redacted]
Regarding the price change, you did have more than you stated on the list of...

items. The price changed because more items was added to the original list of items on the day of the move. You were aware of the new total price before the crew even start to work, and the binding estimate of cost was signed before the crew started to work.Sincerely,[redacted]s R[redacted]Out Of State Moves.?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I. The statements regarding
cubic feet is misleading and incorrect. The exact number and size of each and
every box and other pieces has been submitted to the company within days of
delivery and is part of the original complaint - which has not been responded
to until now. The response stating that I am purposely discounting the
number and sizes delivered is erroneous and insulting. In addition – the number
of boxes and other pieces has been documented by the foreman and is a matter of
record of which the company & myself have a record. II. Damages (most, but not all – as some were discovered only when
belongings were unpacked) were noted of delivery documents signed by me. So far
- insurance issue has been NOT been addressed by the company at
all.

We have never moved before so this was all new to us and Carlos E[redacted] and Joe were extremely helpful. They, were quick, polite and helpful. They treated our things like they were their own. Helped make our move easier.

I did respond to [redacted] and I explained to him about the rate of all east cost and how it is the same, and we did deliver his goods as we agreed to (payments and date for delivery). After the delivey I spoke to [redacted] and we talked about some damages that happened during the move and he said that he will make a list and will contact our claim management.[redacted]Out of State Movers.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

First of all, u show up on a sunday, when we had agreed for monday, no office informs us but a truck driver (unprofessionalism). As soon as the driver ([redacted]) gets into the house on sunday, with a very rude way, like he was a police officer and we had done smth wrong, he checks the staff and says us u have more than the estimate. Evthing in the house was what we had told [redacted](salesman) on the phone. We asked him to call [redacted] on the phone, as we wanted to clear the situation with him, he tells he cant call him cause is sunday. Another disagreement was the way of payment, he wanted us to pay 50% cash upfront and the rest again cash on delivery. We told him we weren’t going to pay cash because that’s not what we were told by [redacted]. It was at this point when your driver got mad and goes in the truck. And at this point there is no time for me, to cancel the order with u and hire smone else, cause I had dates fixed on when I needed to be @ my new location. I had to start a job in a fixed date. That’s why I went and agreed to finish the job, and he agreed to our previously set conditions of payment. I agreed for the job, but not to pay space we didn't use in the truck.[redacted] made me sign papers before loading, telling me we’re gonna fill the inventory items when we’re all done. Once they finish, he tells us we have 600cf, double the estimate and double the price. He didn’t let us get into the truck and measure. At this time he had also filled the papers leaves those to us, tells us is gonna take 5 days to deliver (when we were told by [redacted] 3-4) and goes his way. When I check the papers he had put in every inventory item, packed by [redacted] when nothing was packed by us. Why u do this ?? because the insurance company u tell , is not an insurance, is a third party who administers the claims for U, and at the end u’re the ones who pays for lost or damaged items. When I read this in the “insurances” web it was to late. That’s how u lie to people, that’s why he put PBO in the paper, so that u can be covered.2. About the watch :When your packer was packing glasses and other stuff that where in a hutch, my wife asks him where did he put the watch that was inside? He tells “oh I put it in the box”. [redacted] was in the the kitchen as well, and he translated , because the packer spoke [redacted] Filling bad, so he doesn’t have to unpack the box, my wife told him to leave it in there. Once again, we were all, outside the house, when my wife tells me about the watch, and I ask them where did u put the watch?? It was, 3 of them, and 2 of us, and he said he put it in the box. In front of every one, and nobody else touched that box, just him.Sure you will never accept the fact that your packer did still my watch, and as liars none of your employees will admit it. You gave to me that insurance phone number because you knew that [redacted] never wrote that watch on the list, and you knew that nothing was going to come out from that fake insurance thing.3. delivery dayThe delivery shows up after 8 days. It is another company ( [redacted]), for which I was never informed by your company. I hire u and u don't even inform me someone else will deliver. When the truck arrives, before unloading We ask the driver we need to check & measure the space. it ends up, we were using 450cf, and that u had charged us of 150cf more.Thats a big problem, cause I paid u, I agreed to pay, but not for space I didn’t use. anyway I have to give the driver the 50% cash, otherwise they won’t unload. As soon as they finish, we open the box, where the watch was supposed to be and it is not. Immediately we call and inform u, u just give us the “fake insurance” number. We call the next day, u tell my wife, we were trying to blackmail and get money out of this, when we never asked for money, we wanted the watch that was stolen in our house. U also accused my wife of  lying, cause when she called on monday, u had checked with the [redacted] and he had told u our staff wasn’t delivered yet. I called the truck driver that delivered, and he tells me u never called him. And I have text msg from him , confirming the time of delivery. Monday feb [redacted] 12pm. were done by 1.30-2pm. We call u at 2.38pm.Beside all of these I have pictures of damaged furniture because of the poor way they packed.Once again, I want the refund for the unused space on truck, for the damaged furniture and I want my watch back.

This was the worst experience we have had with movers. The initial quote by Michael was very reasonable and he said it included EVERYTHING. Packing, boxes, etc. He told us specifically not to pack a thing as they would handle it. I asked if they needed to send someone out to do an estimate and he said no worries. I asked if the price was a flat price and if it would change at all - he specifically said NO, that the price was a flat rate and would include everything and wouldn't change.
When they showed up the lead mover Carlos walked around and the first thing he said was that the price would be almost double what we were quoted. This put us in a terrible bind because we had to move that day and they knew it. We ended up having them move the bigger items and we had to pay to rent a uhaul and pack everything ourselves. We moved till 3:00 am because we weren't prepared and they told us not to pack a thing. When they delivered, they ran over the lawn and when my wife pointed that out, they acted like the ground was just soft, it wasn't their fault. Then when they left, they ran over the lawn again. Unbelievable.
We are reasonable and super easy to work with, but we felt completely taken advantage of.

Dear [redacted],We are very sorry for your Unsatifaction of this situation. The record indecades that you were not at the day of the move your Father was. [redacted] senior was explained and aware of the 15% Gratuity for the crew will be greatly appreciated not the 18% as you indicaded. This form was also signed and agreed by your Father, [redacted] senior. This gratuity was divided to the crew members. How ever we are still trying to make our customers happy, there for we are willing to send you a check of $150 to resolve this problem. Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy New Year.

rgb(0, 0, 0);">Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this Complaint. Out of States Movers are experience and professional Moving company. We have rules and regulations that we have to follow by law. I’ve took the time to read once again the customer reasons for this complains. The price of the estimate was based on a simple phone conversation with e-mail communication the client gave us a detailed inventory list. The price is something that is pre-set before the actual job start, not at the end of the job. Therefore we offered an estimated 341 c/f   @$3.25 (base on that inventory) it is at the beginning of the job that all the documents are agreed and, singed. The entire document indicates the same (time, date, price). The Forman explained to the client that the price will change if she decides to add more item to the list. This is why the price was given and, agreed before loading the truck. During the process the Forman once again explained the total cost to the client and, the Client still decided to go ahead with the move. The USDOT rules and regulations are very specific, the law must protect all the parties involved. The law requires from the carrier to provided a walk through the house/apartment to determine if the inventory that we suppose to move is the same. If for any reason is not!  The following must be done: Void the first estimate and give a new binding price with everything included (gas, mileage, tolls, labor, packing supplies, stairs, travel time etc.,)  If the customer agrees,  we do the job,  if the customer doesn’t, we just walk away.  [redacted] decided to go ahead with the new price and the move. Regarding the Insurance, we are a Moving company that follows the DOT regulations. The customer chose the .60 cents per article which is the basic liability insurance provided by law. ( Customer signed) If there is a need to file any claim for lost or damages, please contact our claims department to file a claim.  Anthems  Claim Management@###-###-####. In regards to the delivery time, Out of States Movers do the best to satisfy all our customers.  However we do have 14 Business days from the requested date to delivery. I do hope this explains all the questions. Please feel free to contact for further info.   Sincerely, [redacted] ###-###-####

The worst experience of my life. Lies, bad information, new information and more lies is standard operating procedure for this company. As far as price, what ever they quote you, triple it, my quote $2,100 actual amount after they loaded my furniture on truck and had me hostage $5,800. Delivery was due 8/** and didn't show up until 9/*. Property was damaged and missing, hardware and screws to put furniture back together were gone. Good luck getting someone to call you back after delivery to try and resolve issues. I WARNED YOU, DON'T USE THEM.

First part of our move happened today. Carlos & his guys were great, super professional, and fast fast fast.
Carlos took great care to explain the pricing and how it worked and why it was different than the original quote. All very fair and professional.

Hello my name is [redacted] Thank you for this opportunity to reply to [redacted]’s...

complain. In respond to the extra $300, the client had 100 cubic feet more than the estimate. This knowledge was presented to the client before the job was loaded to the truck, and proper documents signed by the client. Regarding the delivery time, the company is allow by law up to 14 business days from the requesting date.  This was also signed and agreed by client before up loading the truck.   Out of States Movers are an experience and, professional moving company. All the moves will not proceed before the Walk through with the foreman and, signed documents from all the clients.      Sincerely, [redacted] ###-###-####

We have paper work indicates  [redacted] understood and signed. [redacted]’s quote was a list of 41 Items that he needs to move. On the day of the move the list of items changed from 41 items to 68 items. The point is… The items increased from the original quote given by [redacted] , therefore the price was adjusted to the added extra items. The boxes are in different sizes. We filled up each boxes just to save up space. [redacted] agreed to that as well. Instead of leaving boxes unfilled to take up more space in the truck. Finally, contract that [redacted] has in his possessions is the same contract we have in our file. They are copies on one contract. We apologize for any inconvenience.
