The modem shipped quickly and came well packed, but without any original packaging or manual. I was easily able to find the manual online and get it set up, now it works like a charm. Much better than paying a monthly rental fee.

Not the one that I ordered; however, no complaints. The C1100Z does the job, easy to setup. Once you call Centurylink and get registered, consistent WIFI speeds are no longer a problem.

Original modem bought from Clink would reset when connecting to some sites. Bought a used one that worked real good for 5 months. Now I'm trying one from dontleaseyourmodem. Fast service and hopefully a good product.

Received the product very quickly. Followed the instructions and got it working. Voice and internet activated. All is good.

Works well and obtains the speed of the provider, in my case 200Mbps. However , note you cannot manually set / change the wavelength on 5 GHz . Overall I get the highest speed when on 5GHz,

We used this for our Optimum service and it does what it's supposed it. Easy to set up (you have to call Optimum) and it saves plenty of money in the long run.

As of summer of 2017, this is the standard Optimum phone cable modem for their Triple Play package.

I will admit that I was a bit nervous about this unit..I was told that it wouldn't work, but I'm happy to say, that it's working fine, so far no issues, and Verizon is ok with it too
