This particular modem has been great in response time getting on the internet. It has been fast in the amount of time it takes in searching for things of interest. I had rented from Century Link for sometime is the reason for purchasing the same modem rented.

Ordered this when my qwest modem finally died and I couldn't find a CenturyLink modem in the area for less than $250. I was told this was the latest and greatest modem out for Comcast Xfinity! Well, it is, hands down so much better and triple the range on the wireless that my old one had. The instructions and guidance that was sent with it was stellar and spot on the money!

The modem works well except it should have 8 channels up and I show 4. It does have 32 down however and does work well. Had to call Comcast to give them the mac address but all went smoothly.
