Subsequently, I canceled the order and was later charged a restocking fee of $ I should not be liable for this fee since the charge was initiated without my consent and no signed receipt Additionally, I was never made aware of any restocking fee policy and there is no such verbiage on any documentation I should not be held liable for this restocking fee for the previously mentioned reasons Several attempts were made to contact a representative but do not receive any response
Plessers is Great place to purchase my appliances, Jennifer O*** was my sale person very friendly and courteousThis is second time getting my appliances from this place both times I was completely satisfiedI highly recommend this place
I had a problem with a Maytag Fridge it was making a lot of noise I had the Maytag service man
at the house five(5) times .Called Steven S the sales man he had Matag call me they said that there was nothing with the machineSteven had Joline M*** call me I sent her a audio of the noise and said we should not have to put up with this machine Plesser,s came through thanks to Joline I now have a new GE running quiteI just want to say Thank You so much Joline and Steven for the help you both gave me I would recommend PLESSER,S in a heart beatThanks Again *** *

We bought a four piece Samsung Black Stainless Steel package from Plesser's Appliance in December We were very apprehensive at first because we live in Southern New Jersey and Plesser's is located in New York I did my homework and found out that Plesser's has been in business for years I checked several sights and for the most part, their reviews are very good I did extensive pricing research as this appliance package was very expensive Plesser's was $cheaper than most retailers, plus an additional rebate I contacted the company directly and spoke to Barry Dubin Barry was wonderful to work with and was able to assist me with a year warranty package at an extremely reasonable price We were remodeling our kitchen and it was important that my appliances be delivered within a specific window Plesser's did not disappoint! Barry arranged for my delivery, and the delivery department contacted me and my appliances were delivered on time They were delivered by a trucking company Pay for the Gold Service - it is so worth it They take the appliances out of the boxes and bring them in your home I had a few issues Two of my refrigerator handles were scratched Also, my microwave had a dent on the top of it I accepted delivery and contacted Barry immediately, who told me that a customer service representative would be contacting me shortly As promised, I had the pleasure of dealing with Dominique E*** She was fabulous! I sent her pictures of the scratches and dent She had replacement handles sent out to me within a week, and she offered to replace the microwave or discount it Since it worked properly and the dent was being covered by a cabinet, I chose the discount In summary, my dealing with Plesser's on a scale of to was a 10+ Their prices are better than most retailers, their service is top notch, and their employees are friendly and helpful I would highly recommend purchasing from Plesser's and plan to buy from Plesser's in the future
