I shopped for my fridge of choice locally (Arizona) and in fact just about purchased ( I really DID WANT to buy locally from a well known locally independent business)....till my father informed me he has bought several large appliances from Pressers and to give them a goI was very hesitant to make such a large purchase online, but dealing with Eugene (Gene) was not only a great experience but.....he saved me literally $500.00! FREE shipping, no sales tax, year warranty INCLUDED, additional year parts AND a $rebate????? Impossible to pass upMy father said delivery on his previous purchases went flawlessly and I am expecting no less as wellGene was fair to openly tell me “downside” was might take 2-weeks for delivery, as opposed to 7-days I was quoted from local store, but I’m more than happy to wait due to such great savingsI’ll definitely do another review after it’s delivered but so far out of Pressers and Gene!

We ordered an oven / microwave set and a dishwasher from Plesser's When they were delivered, we discovered the dishwasher had been damaged Dominique Eckstein worked with us to resolve the problem She was on vacation during part of the time, but as soon as she returned, she called us to make sure everything had been resolved to our satisfaction It had and we are happy with our new appliances
Jennifer was super helpful and immediately shared her email & direct number to stay in contact (which makes you feel really appreciated as the costumer) as it was clear that our order would take a bit time to get finalized
We purchased all of our kitchen appliances from Plesser's We had an issue with two of the appliances We want to thank Laury Adames in customer service at the Babylon store for taking care of our issues quickly and for being courteous and professional Laury always kept us informed and returned our phone callsThings don't always go as planned However, it is nice to know that Plesser'sand particulary Laury A***, will handle the concerns of their consumers
