As a first time customer of Plesser's, I called to clarify a couple of items related to delivery of a new refrigerator Jennifer Owas very helpful with answers to my questions and then cheerfully offered to take my order over the phone She helped me overcome my hesitancy and within a few minutes I had finalized my order A very pleasant experience!
We visited nine different appliance stores, and chose to make our purchases with Plesser's, largely because of Sales Associate Mark Zupo's patience, product knowledge, and pleasant demeanor We would definitely return to Plesser's for future needs I wish buying a car was as positive an experience!
Late in I purchased approximately $10k worth of appliances from Plesser's, and accepted delivery in February The delivery crew, without asking, took all of the boxes off of the appliances before they brought the appliances into my apartmentI didn't think this was a big deal until later on
We had the Ariston ARWDF washing machine/dryer combo installed a couple of weeks later and tried it outThe machine powered up and water came in and drained so it seemed fineHowever, the next day we realized that there was no way to change the washing cycle - it would only run one cycleWe also so an occasional H2O error appear
Right away I asked Plesser's for a refund for credit and that I would spend more to buy the LG washer/dryer comboPlesser's told me that since the machine was already installed I had to go through warranty and have service on the machine I told them there was no way to know it was broken until it was installed; that it had obviously been delivered b
Online order for oven/microwave appliance was easy to complete, and at a good price point with free shippingPlessers follow up emails on order status and shipping info have been prompt and complete (delivery NY to CA estimated at 2-weeks)Awaiting delivery experience then in a few weeksExpect the correct new, undamaged, 100% working product as ordered Will review further if that is not the caseSo far order experience has been very good, all online, with no need for customer service call followup
I had a water issue in my home and had to replace or repair my induction cooktopThe insurance company wanted me to get it repairedThey agreed if I could get it for the same price I paid a few years ago they would pay for a new oneI spoke with a manager at PleassersHe looked up my original purchase price and agreed to match it with free shippingHow great is that?

When we were shopping for appliances to replaced our own, we were looking for the best deals we could find and after doing a long research we came accross Plesser's and saved us over $ in appliances, considering that we had to replace every single appliance in our house, not to mention that this was including top of the line kitchen appliance which we did not have beforeAlso, best service for home delivery since Jennifer offered us a great deal for the in house delivery to make sure that our appliances were in optimal condition, since we can't install the appliances yet, due to repairs to the house, they unwrap your appliance to check that is free of any scratches and then box them up again so they are taken care of, just this service gives us a pease of mind, not to mention that they were willing to keep our appliance in storage until we are ready for deliveryI am happy to say that I am more than pleased with the customer service from place
