Couldn't beat the priceDelivery miscommunication resulting in appliance coming directly to me before kitchen renovation was finishedSent to Plesser's local warehouse and then delivered on agreed date but with a dent in one freezer door [redacted] agreed to replace the dented door but the process to do so became long and tedious [redacted] shipped the wrong door twiceOn the third attempt, the package was assumed lost due to wild fires in CA, the originating locationThe correct door finally arrived weeks later than the stated delivery date and was installed by [redacted] technician successfullyPlesser's customer service representative provided excellent follthroughout the process and advocated with [redacted] several times on my behalfAll is well that ends well
We bought a four piece Samsung Black Stainless Steel package from Plesser's Appliance in December We were very apprehensive at first because we live in Southern New Jersey and Plesser's is located in New York I did my homework and found out that Plesser's has been in business for years I checked several sights and for the most part, their reviews are very good I did extensive pricing research as this appliance package was very expensive Plesser's was $cheaper than most retailers, plus an additional rebate I contacted the company directly and spoke to Barry Dubin Barry was wonderful to work with and was able to assist me with a year warranty package at an extremely reasonable price We were remodeling our kitchen and it was important that my appliances be delivered within a specific window Plesser's did not disappoint! Barry arranged for my delivery, and the delivery department contacted me and my appliances were delivered on time They were delivered by a trucking company Pay for the Gold Service - it is so worth it They take the appliances out of the boxes and bring them in your home I had a few issues Two of my refrigerator handles were scratched Also, my microwave had a dent on the top of it I accepted delivery and contacted Barry immediately, who told me that a customer service representative would be contacting me shortly As promised, I had the pleasure of dealing with Dominique E [redacted] She was fabulous! I sent her pictures of the scratches and dent She had replacement handles sent out to me within a week, and she offered to replace the microwave or discount it Since it worked properly and the dent was being covered by a cabinet, I chose the discount In summary, my dealing with Plesser's on a scale of to was a 10+ Their prices are better than most retailers, their service is top notch, and their employees are friendly and helpful I would highly recommend purchasing from Plesser's and plan to buy from Plesser's in the future
Late in I purchased approximately $10k worth of appliances from Plesser's, and accepted delivery in February The delivery crew, without asking, took all of the boxes off of the appliances before they brought the appliances into my apartmentI didn't think this was a big deal until later on We had the Ariston ARWDF washing machine/dryer combo installed a couple of weeks later and tried it outThe machine powered up and water came in and drained so it seemed fineHowever, the next day we realized that there was no way to change the washing cycle - it would only run one cycleWe also so an occasional H2O error appear Right away I asked Plesser's for a refund for credit and that I would spend more to buy the LG washer/dryer comboPlesser's told me that since the machine was already installed I had to go through warranty and have service on the machine I told them there was no way to know it was broken until it was installed; that it had obviously been delivered b

Because I would be renovating my kitchen in the summer, I began planning and purchasing appliancesBetween March and July I purchased four kitchen appliances from Plesser's Appliance store in New YorkIn addition to the appliances, I also purchased the 5-year warranty for the 4-piece packageOne of my purchases was a new Samsung refrigeratorWhen it was delivered in July, I plugged it in to ensure it worked, however, it soon became obvious that something was wrong with the freezer when lots of ice crystals began accumulatingWithin the next couple of days the freezer had so much ice and snow accumulated that it was difficult to open the drawer of the freezerIt was, and continues to be, obvious that the freezer section of this appliance is malfunctioning, not to mention the fact that there are black marks on the rack that I found after taking off the tape When I called Plesser's about the freezer problem, they immediately referred me to Samsung without any concern for the fact
I called to order a new Samsung stove. Eugene was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . He explained every detail of the process, including shipping details, the warranties, and all other pertinent information. Pressers had a great price and great customer service.
