I call after PM on Martin Luther King holiday and was fortunate enough to have Jennifer O [redacted] answer the phone she was very efficient and incredibly helpful she quickly explained my choices and offered suggestions she gave me her phone number and email and I was able to study my choices over the next hours the next day I call back and she probably picked up the phone to address my needs I was able to order my range hood without any difficulty this was my first time to order from Plessers and I will definitely use them again Jennifer was professional, knowledgeable and very patient! She was a joy to work with!
