This business sends out things that look like bills for magazines, then says the customer should decline to pay They take the money and don’t promise you’ll get the magazine, then they say they’ll issue a refund but never do. I didn't know how to respond so I clicked on the would not resolve my complaint tab. I sent copies of my checks to the company (back and front) and have not heard from them yet

We recently received a message from you (San Diego Revdex.com) that the case was closed with no response. We did received a refund from Pacific Billing which was good, however, in the same mail received another bogus bill for the same amount.*** ***

As stated on the offer, it is not a bill but rather an offer and can be either ignored or returned with a simple "no thank you"Customers have also exercised their right to be removed from future mailings which I have done for Ms***We apologize for any distress this has caused

I received a notice from Pacific Magazine Billing that looked exactly like an invoice with a due date and control number It was in the amount of $and stated it was for People magazine and saved 15% off the cover price In red print at the bottom it stated that this was an offer and not a bill The problem with this mailout is that it was intentionally designed to look like an invoice and tempt someone into paying it There are some people who hurriedly pay their bills and do not look carefully at them This was a blatant attempt to deceive and mislead the recipient While it may not be illegal, it is certainly disreputable and send a message to beware of this business
