They deserve zero stars but I need to hit 1 to post !This pacific renewal scams, abuses, intimidates elderly people threatening them that they will go to jail if they don’t pay for magazines Never received. They call and threaten my 78 yr old mom who is senile every day making her cry. I told them take her off list, cancel do whatever they need but stop calling today for items never ordered or received! They try to get their personal info like sd# and cc info. This is criminal. Many many complaints I now see/Today when I answered I was told I was rude for questioning charges. Prices, and their info/I said STOP calling this house she said they would continue to call every single day til paid! I will file police report and record next call

I am receiving bills for a magazine I never received. I have tried calling 760-688-0660 a few times but the number does NOT connect.

Please if someone from PMB reads this, I apparently rec'd a gift subscription but have not rec'd any magaziines and only receive bills for renewal. PLEASE DISCONTINUE ANY FURTHER BILLING OR PURPORTED SUBSCRIPTION.

One STAR as a satisfaction rating is by far too much.

I have subscribed to Pacific magazine for a year subscription at $199. They cashed the check in April and I still have not received my magazines. I have tried numerous times to get a refund and have had no one return my calls. What step should I take next?
