It is not a bill or renewal bill, and can be discarded if the recipient does not wish to subscribe. We offer new subscriptions and extensions to current subscriptions only for magazines that allow independent agent sales through various magazine clearinghouses. We will be happy to issue a full refund, but I am not locating an order under the name [redacted]. Is there a possibility that it is under the name of another individual? A joint account perhaps? We apologize for the inconvenience and a full refund will be issued once we can verify and update...

We have issued a refund check and we have removed the name and address from the mailing list. As explained on our offer, it may take up to 12 weeks for subscriptions to arrive. As it has not yet been 12 weeks, the processing fee has been deducted.

I have an elderly mother. We are constantly receiving these magazine renewal notices from Pacific Magazine Billing, LLC. I have repeatedly sent them back requesting my mother's name and address be removed from their mailing list. These notices are too confusing for her and I try to go through them first for my mother, but some get through and she is ordering because she thinks this is her renewal notice. I have also called and tried to talk to a real person! I JUST WANT HER NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS REMOVED COMPLETELY AND FOREVER FROM THEIR MAILING LISTS!

I have received a check from the company but as read by other complaints, the check might not be valid. If there is a problem with the check I will be forced to contact the authorities as this would be fraud.

I have just received through U.S. mail, material from Pacific Magazine Billing that at first, appears to be a bill. It is for a magazine subscription to National Geographic. The 3.75" x 8.5" paper is deceiving, and although not an actual bill, it is obvious that the company has made the concerted effort to graphically design the magazine offer as a bill seeking payment. After close examination, there is clarification with the following statement at the bottom: "PLEASE KEEP THIS PORTION IF RESPONDING TO THIS INDEPENDENT AGENTS OFFER NOT A BILL"; however, this statement contains poor sentence structure and is grammatically incorrect.

Trickery and gimmicks are used by the representative who calls. The price offered is often double the advertised price. Is only when you refuse or recall the lower price that they will drop their price. I'll also receive calls from different representatives from the same company who won't acknowledge who they are. This can be directed at senior citizens who love the magazine being offered but get confused in the offering. I have refused to renew my subscription for the magazines offered.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  I appreciate their good gesture, but  I finally started receiving the Sports Illustrated magazine about 3 weeks ago.  I am not sure why it took so long, but it took them 3 1/2 months from the time I paid until the time the magazine started arriving.  They don't need to refund the money now because I am getting the magazine.
Thank you for your help!
