MrH [redacted] worked and cleaned my heat pump on May 16, 2017, my opinion is he is one of the best technicians I have ever seen work on any of my unitsThe job had to be just perfect before he evened accepted itHe did a wonderful job and very friendly and respectful

I came home from work and found my heat not workingWhen I called they sent Joey to check out my heatJoey was very professional and cleanDid not take him long to do the work and explained everything that he did I wouldn't call anyone else to work on my central heat and air unit

We were pleased with meeting BrandonHe was professional, polite and informativeWe appreciate the time he took to check everything and give us feedback and suggestions Its nice to know Parham have wonderful people like Brandon working for them Thank you Brandon! Larry S [redacted]

Our heat went out on Christmas dayIt was so bitterly cold and we froze all dayI figured it would be hard getting someone out on the 26th but when I called Parham, they said they'd have someone out that dayAnd they did Joey P was helpful, courteous and explained what the situation was and possible solutionsSince our system is so old, we thought it might be time to replace and he called the owner about doing a quote for replacementIt was late in the day but he came and looked and looked over the numbers with usWe ultimately didn't opt to replace but just because of our own finances and not because of Parham's service Joey came back the next day and had us up and runningI have to admit-- I called Parham not knowing if it would be good service or not but after the encounter, I know I wlll enroll in a service contract with Parham for maintaining my heating, cooling, and plumbing, and when I do replace my heating system, you can bet I will call Parham I should add-- Joey was great and so was Brian who came with himAll three of the guys were respectful of my home and my catsDo yourself a kindness and if you have heating, cooling, or plumbing needs, call Parham!

Richard at Parham Heating Cooling & Plumbing was very professional and courteousIt was raining the day he came to service my three central unitsHe made sure he put on his shoe covers in order to not track in debris from the wet ground when he came in to work on the thermostatHis attention to detail and upfront discussion about what he was going to do for the servicing along with the findings / work he had done was greatly appreciated I will continue to use Parham in the future

Had an annual plumbing inspection made by Brandon P. The visit was, in my opinion, very thorough and complete. He was very professional and took time to answer all my questions. This is not the first time our plumbing has been inspected. In the past another company performed an 'inspection' that was no where near as complete (more like just a walkthrough). We are extremely satisfied.

Mike Earrived on time and performed the service with a professional attitude We are very pleased with the service performed and with the technician Parham H & C & Plumbing has serviced our home on multiple occasions and each time was done satisfactorily and professionally
