We have used Parham for both our AC and heating and we have been pleased with the service From the very first contact to just getting a serviceman here to sitting down and talking about our system, Parham employees have been wonderful

The repair man explained everything in "layman's terms"; he did a great job-was knowledgable, courteous, and even cleaned up afterwards (plaster, etcfrom the hole he had to cut in ceiling) We were well satisfied

Had an annual plumbing inspection made by Brandon P The visit was, in my opinion, very thorough and complete He was very professional and took time to answer all my questions This is not the first time our plumbing has been inspected In the past another company performed an 'inspection' that was no where near as complete (more like just a walkthrough) We are extremely satisfied

I came home from work and found my heat not workingWhen I called they sent Joey to check out my heatJoey was very professional and cleanDid not take him long to do the work and explained everything that he did
I wouldn't call anyone else to work on my central heat and air unit

Scheduling the appointment - and the response time was excellent Richard arrived on time and explained everything he was doing as he went and was very complete in his inspection Stayed hours until everything was done Very friendly and would recommend him to all my friends!

This company is completely professional and all the employees treat your home with respect They do not make you feel like you need to buy there services but give the homeowner options for their recommendationsI always feel bad that they come an hour away just to do a small trivial task However every time they come they treat me as if I'm spending thousands of dollars

When our heating and air needed replacing the company for us was Parham Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Our experience with them has always been an excellent one....and they've been our choice for some time Parham genuinely cares about helping people and people like Jon, Greg and Dale, who installed our unit, genuinely care about doing excellent work....and we believe they did just that! These guys were fantastic! Very courteous and professional which made you feel relaxed and confident that they knew their stuff! They were helpful with any questions we had and presented information about offers available to us with no pressure to accept them But we did because it was a great offer
Even things like pick up and clean up they were conscientious of and of course, ladies like that! Replacing or repairing units can be stressful anytime but especially those times you need them working the most The Parham's can help make a stressful situation a more relaxed situation
It's important you find people you trust....and WE trust the Parham company
