This was the first time I have called Parham, and they were able to come fix my problem the day ofBrian P did a fantastic job and went above and beyond what I expectedThese guys are the ones to call

When our heating and air needed replacing the company for us was Parham Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Our experience with them has always been an excellent one....and they've been our choice for some time Parham genuinely cares about helping people and people like Jon, Greg and Dale, who installed our unit, genuinely care about doing excellent work....and we believe they did just that! These guys were fantastic! Very courteous and professional which made you feel relaxed and confident that they knew their stuff! They were helpful with any questions we had and presented information about offers available to us with no pressure to accept them But we did because it was a great offer
Even things like pick up and clean up they were conscientious of and of course, ladies like that! Replacing or repairing units can be stressful anytime but especially those times you need them working the most The Parham's can help make a stressful situation a more relaxed situation
It's important you find people you trust....and WE trust the Parham company

I called this morning about my heating unitIt wasn't working correctlyRichard came this afternoon, checked it out, and explained everything he did (in layman's terms) and then told me what the problem was and then gave me options as to how I could get it running correctlyHe ordered the part and will install it when it arrives

Our heat went out and I called another company first because we heard that Parham Heating & Cooling was more expensiveThe other company never even returned my call so this afternoon I called Parham and Richard B*** was at my home within minHe was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questionsI am now a comfort club member (which I suggest everyone call and setup today!!! Seriously just do it ) It's very affordable and if I had understood my heating and air maintenance needs before this happened then I would have been able to avoid alot of these issuesRichard B*** laid everything out for me from what had to be done today, to what might cause me issues soon, all the way to ideas for future upgrades so I can save money on my monthly utility billsStar service from Richard B*** !! To sum all this up don't believe the word on the streetParham Heating & Cooling is very affordable and they leave you feeling proud of the money you have invested in your home

I recently had a big plumbing project that was handled timely and very efficient by Brandon, and Brian P Today Brian Hcame out and did my heat and cooling system and did a great job cleaning and repairing a few bad order partsKudos to Parham for doing a great job with three great employees
