Our heat went out on Christmas dayIt was so bitterly cold and we froze all dayI figured it would be hard getting someone out on the 26th but when I called Parham, they said they'd have someone out that dayAnd they did
Joey P was helpful, courteous and explained what the situation was and possible solutionsSince our system is so old, we thought it might be time to replace and he called the owner about doing a quote for replacementIt was late in the day but he came and looked and looked over the numbers with usWe ultimately didn't opt to replace but just because of our own finances and not because of Parham's service
Joey came back the next day and had us up and runningI have to admit-- I called Parham not knowing if it would be good service or not but after the encounter, I know I wlll enroll in a service contract with Parham for maintaining my heating, cooling, and plumbing, and when I do replace my heating system, you can bet I will call Parham
I should add-- Joey was great and so was Brian who came with himAll three of the guys were respectful of my home and my catsDo yourself a kindness and if you have heating, cooling, or plumbing needs, call Parham!

Richard at Parham Heating Cooling & Plumbing was very professional and courteousIt was raining the day he came to service my three central unitsHe made sure he put on his shoe covers in order to not track in debris from the wet ground when he came in to work on the thermostatHis attention to detail and upfront discussion about what he was going to do for the servicing along with the findings / work he had done was greatly appreciated
