We were able to get assistance with a leaking water heater on Saturday of the Labor Day weekend Brian Pwas there when he said he would be He was very professional, courteous and explained everything very thoroughly After replacing the water heater, he pointed out a corroded hose that will need attention soon We had hot water minutes later I would recommend Parham to anyone

Brandon P recently came to our home in response to a call I about our water heater He immediately recognized the problem and gave us three options for resolving the problem: fix it; replace it with the same type of unit; replace it with a tank-less unit We choose the tank-less, which then had to be ordered In the mean time, to give us hot water, he performed a temporary fix A few days later he returned with the new unit, did the installation and removed the old WH We are very pleased with the new unit and with the professionalism, knowledge and work ethic of Brandon
