I was contacted via email and asked to provide an alternate email and phone number.I provided the information; but did not result in any fruitful explanations after 2 days of no contact. When I was contacted on the second day, it was by the same Customer Service associate who simply replied that their Fraud team wouldn't move forward with my request for the transaction. Mind you, I've already confirmed with my bank that they have no issue with authorizing the purchase.I'm still waiting for someone to contact me and tell me what the heck is going on regarding how this was categorized as Fraud to begin with!
