Chris did an outstanding job formulating a proposal that combined the top-level equipment for an acceptable price at favorable terms, in other words a great deal!
Roy and his assistant did an equally great job installing the system, top quality workmanship, first-grade materials, no hassle, no mess and they left the place spotless

AC in July here in PHX Arizona is essential to survival and unfortunately for me, I could no longer depend on my year old unit keeping me comfortable I called Patrick Riley letting them know I needed help immediately and in about an hour from making the call I had their technician MIke on my roof doing his thing Mike Wis FANTASTIC! He took the time to fact check other information I researched so that I could make the best informed decision possible Once we had a game plan he made every effort to get me the next available and slotted me in for that afternoonhe checked in and communicated updates as they happened keeping me informed throughout the process I could not be happier

I took advantage of Patrick Riley's offer of an A/C tune up and it was scheduled for 6/2/ The technician, Oliver, was on time, friendly & appeared to know what he was doing After checking my year old heat pump which had been performing quite well prior to Oliver's arrival, Oliver informed me that "for some unknown reason" the air handler motor would no longer turn on & had to be replaced at a cost of $706, which he said was his company's lowest price I let him do the work but can't help but wonder at the "convenience" of the motor failure My wife says I should have gotten a second opinion before letting Oliver put the new motor in & she is probably right because I will never really know if I've been taken or not Has anyone else had a similar experience with Patrick Riley?

I want to thank Michael W*** for his excellent service at my mother's house this week He diagnosed the possible issue with her air conditioner first thing yesterday, but had to come back today to do the repair due to the system being completely iced over He came back this morning right on time and fixed her air conditioner, at much less cost than we expected, and treated my mother, who has Alzheimer's, with kindness, patience and respect I would recommend Michael to anyone, and will absolutely be calling him with any future repair needs at both my mother's house and my own

Patrick was wonderful and I needed help with a leaking water heater He took care of me within the hour I'd highly recommend him and his company

Today I had a technician by the name of Chris come to my house and diagnose my air conditioning problemHe was smart fast friendly knowledgeable and took care of my situation quicklyHe explained so that I can understand what was going on and was patient and listening to all my complaints to better diagnose the problemThis is a great company I recommend it to all!

Water everywhere and needed someone asap!!! Called around and Patrick Riley was able to get someone to me w/in an hrUnfortunately once diagnosed it was after hrs to get a replacement water heater...next morn, Shawn showed up with his "cape" on to restore my hot waterMade sure all the piping was done right and the new tank was installed as if it were his own home and educated me on the maintenance of the heater, which wasn't done with the last company! Grrr! Even helped out with a faucet for my washing machine that was nearby which was a potential hazardThis man needs a raise!!
