Patrick Riley ac company sold me a V I P MAINTENANCE POLICY, THEIR TECH OLIVER said and promised their company was the best company for on time service and customer service, ALL OF THIS IS A LIEI had an appointment on Friday 11/25/for 8am to 12pm they called me sometime around 9am and said they were busy with other calls and will no make it o my apt., I took off that day for this service call and a no showthey made another service date for 12/10/and promised an early call Satthe 10th of Decbetween 8am and pm, they called at apx845amto once again tell me they can NOT MAKE MY APTshe said they could make after pm, I HAVE OTHER PLANS THAT IS WHY I MADE AN EARLY APTThis company doe's not care about their customers after they collect ALL of the money for the Maintenance policyI want a COMPLETE REFUND CHECK OF SENT TO ME RIGHT AWAY, Thank you *** ***

I purchased a new split a/c and gas heating system from Patrick Riley I got a very clear and accurate cost estimate for the system which they held to They explained very clearly what my key decision points were in configuring my new system The installation was done over a couple of days and went smoothly

I order a bi-yearly check on my A/C, Patrick Riley had an ad in the paper for a free check upMy tech was Chris, who did the check up and came up with things that needed replaced at a cost of $With a quote that high, I always get a second opinionI called another company out to check the system and he said that while my unit was older, everything was working properly and nothing needed to be done nowRead an article that said when AC/Heating companies will make a FREE service call checkup, most times they need to find things to replace to pay for their trip to your houseI will not use them again, they wanted over $1,when not necessaryI will not use them againMaybe you shouldn't either

*** ***. The conclusion will be a new financing product that will allow *** *** no payments until 1/10/which he can find a finance company that will meet his needs. We will also refund him $and check why his electric bill was a little higher. *** *** signed off on this statement and is 100% happy. ?

Service Pro Travis Fwas out at our house on 07-09-after the A/C went down on a degree day! Patrick Riley had a technician to us in less than hours and Travis had the year old unit up and running in less than one hour Travis was friendly, professional, and very well trained He explained everything perfectly and we will be having a new A/C unit installed by Patrick Riley within the month! Highly recommended!
