Freddy, from Patrick Riley Cooling and Heating serviced my AC unit yesterday He was very professional and diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair in a timely manner The lifetime parts warranty was a nice surprise and the extended service contract means "No worries for the next years

Senior Tech "Freddy" came out on 7-22-to do our month A/C check We purchased our new A/C's in May of from Patrick Riley
Freddy did a couple of things that hadn't been done previously on the A/C checks that he said sgould be standard practice Besides checking all the readings, he waxed the units, and leveled them both out When they were installed last year, they weren't leveled properly and Freddy said that it could be an issue as time went on so he did it for us Why this wasn't taken care of prior, not sure Waxing also wasn't done priorHe also noted the new furnaces installed didn't get drip lines installed and he said he would do them for our fall check up He was VERY thorough, didn't rush through things even though it was over degrees outside, and made me feel very confident in his abilities I do hope he's out te chnician for the future check-ups

This was my first experience with this company I scheduled an appointment, they showed up on time, and their technician was courteous and knowledgable My service was completed the same day and my ac is working efficiently I would highly recommend this company!

Ron, from Patrick Riley, is an excellent plumber! He helped me out of a very bad situationI had shut the water off to my house in order to fix an outside faucet and pipe But halfway into the repair I realized I was unable to finish the job due to lack of skill and tools And at that point turning the water back on to my house was not an option Fortunately, Ron was able to arrive within the hour and installed a new pipe and faucet quickly, efficiently and with friendly service! Thank you Ron!

Was totally taken advantage ofThe tech came out and without any real diagnostic tools, told me that a blown fuse must've killed separate circuit boards, a capacitor, and that my condenser fan was going outSo I took the bait without getting a second opinion (until later) and almost puked when I saw the receipt$2000+It was hot here in AZ so I panicked and decided to go along but after all was said and done I was EXTREMELY over chargedThey charged $for a $cap, $for a $60ish condenser fan motor which they forgot to secure the blades to, and $for the different boards that come nowhere close to the price I had to payI would file a complaint on here if I felt anything would come of it but after they started trying to come around to "check on things" for a "discount of $for visits year" I told them off and took to warning others away

Curtis's service was exceptional- he showed up at the time he promised
He even called minutes before he arrived
He was able to give us a few options for the repair
He also was able to arrange the major repair on the same day
I would recommend Curtis and his company to family and friends in the future

I have used multiple air conditioning companies and none were as good as Patrick Riley Cooling, Heating, & Plumbing The check up prior to the summer resulted in adding some Freon indicating but indicating that nothing was wrong, this was normal
I now feel that I have a true and honest checkup They found that there is a Freon leak, and suggested some very reasonable approaches to resolving this issue Patrick Riley is the first company that used a thermal scan of my ducts in the attic, and at each register in each room This pointed to several duct leaks Over the last years, I've never had a air conditioning company use a thermal camera
The service technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and wore booties over his shoe, so as not to track dirt in the house I was impressed with the knowledge of the technician, and would strongly recommend Patrick Riley Cooling to anyone looking for a honest and professional company

Had issue with my cooling and they found that my ac was performing and my insulation in attic was inadequate Didn't try to sell me anything that was not needed

We have a bi-annual service maintenance contract with Patrick Riley on our year old AC system We have had a few techs show up and all of them have been very polite, and are efficient, and reliable Our last tech - BJ L*** - did a fantastic job We would definitely recommend Patrick Riley and all their techs -- great job guys!!!

I had a leak in my house I looked up a plumber online and found Patrick Riley They cited Revdex.com as reference I said to myself if they have Revdex.com reference then it is good enough for me
I called them and made an appointment for Saturday since I cannot take time off from work during the week I was told I will be charged $($50.00) for the visit, $something for labor plus whatever else need be as there was no way to tell without seeing the problem I said fine
Saturday, Patrick Riley came in He opened a hole in the wall where the leak was coming from, and immediately tried to convince me to repipe the whole house He called his supervisor and his supervisor came in, and now both proceeded with pressure to sell me repipe the whole house I can’t repipe the whole house, a job of about $10,000.00, on a whim I just want the leak fixed, at least for now The supervisor seemed t

Curtis went above and beyond, and his customer service was outstanding He thoroughly checked my ac system, telling me my options (when I decide to move forward)

Among other HVAC companies in the Phoenix metro area, I have had three occasions in the past two years when a Patrick Riley service professional has been in my home, and as with the prior two, today's service by Freddy was outstandingI was promptly scheduled and kept informed and, upon arrival, found Freddy to be engaging and prepared to address my specific heating system needs Freddy was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and, equally important, caring of my home He is a natural giver of good manner...a man of good report Patrick Riley sure knows how to pick the good ones...from my perspective, they are the best in town
