Patrick Riley was called after my air conditioning unit went out in the morningThey sent out a technician named Freddy p that evening shortly after I called them after a long day of sitting in a 95-degree houseFreddy P was one of the kindest quickest technicians that I have dealt with in any HVAC experienceHe immediately put a portable air conditioning unit in my niece's room to make sure that she cooled downHe quickly diagnosed my problem and informed me of multiple solutionsHe told me it would take about an hour but was done and no more than minutes Freddy P was very honest and hard-workingHe was a very good asset to the company and I was glad to have met himMy overall experience because of his service will keep me coming back to Patrick Riley for years to comeThank you Patrick Riley and thank you Freddy p

Today I had a technician by the name of Chris come to my house and diagnose my air conditioning problemHe was smart fast friendly knowledgeable and took care of my situation quicklyHe explained so that I can understand what was going on and was patient and listening to all my complaints to better diagnose the problemThis is a great company I recommend it to all!

We had a problem with our air conditioner not cooling We called Patrick Riley Cooling, and they sent Freddy out within an hour This was later in the evening, and he was very prompt and knowledgeable He checked the air, and diagnosed the the problem He had the parts with him, and could fix the problem immediately Within a couple hours, we were back to normalFreddy gave us a bill with the equipment description, cost and termsWe even got a warranty on some of the parts We are happy with the service we received

I called and got a service tech named Travis Fhe was was very clean and respectful of me and my house putting on booties over his work boots upon entering to check Tstat settingHad the right tools and attitude to get me fixed up and runningHe made a couple of phone calls nice to see he had help from the dispatcher as well as assistance from another tech after hrs He diagnosed the problem and was turning in a work order to get the parts picked up and installedWhen he left he had written down everything that he had done and took the time to explain it to me the repair procedureI'm very pleased at this time

I was visited today by Freddy P*** of Patrick Riley Cooling Heating Plumbing for my six month AC tune up prior to the summer cooling seasonHe arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, gave me some recommendations to help maintain my comfort and inspected my unit He found a worn out contactor assembly and checked with the manufacturer and determined it was under warranty and replaced the same I have optional filters installed in my rooftop unit and he was very diligent in cleaning, drying and reinstalling them Great job, Freddy!

Curtis came out to do a maintenance check on my furnace, which eventually evolved into getting a new furnace Explanations and charges were given all thru the process I didn't feel that there was any sales pressure involved Curtis was very professional and courteous and they left my house as clean as it was when they came
