I came into walmart bought a maxx everstart battery about years ago the battery was defective and didnt even last years left my car dead and stranded when I tried exchanging it for another one I was told they had no sales record of me ever buying the battery and therefore they wouldnt honor the warranty ive been a regular customer here for years but no longer will be doing any business here

I am usually a very regular shopper at my local Walmart storeI purchased a tv on Black Friday of last year( 11/24/16) and suggested to me by the Walmart associate was the 3yr service plan that the associate assured me covered everything to do with TVsI filed a claim weeks ago as to my TV is not working at all now and I still do not have a replacement!!!! Let me just say that this service plan was $on a $tv and I will never purchase a service plan with a Walmart product again and I suggest no one else purchase either, that is unless you like having a run around to get it replaced!!!

I have been here multiple times in the last year since I moved to Englewood and I rather go anywhere but hereEvery employeee I have come across is just down right rude rolls their eyes if they actually need to helpHardly anything is labeled or placed in right placeTo ask them to check price( I can easily do it myself if self check scanners were labeled in store) is like pulling teeth from a year oldToday I go there to buy formula and some outside materialsI have two cans of similac formula and two similac formula coupons you have to use as check that specifically say "per transaction" not "per visit" or "per day" I use one coupon and get one can on transaction which equals up to $and some change I use coupon that brings it down and then I want to another transaction and leader wants to tell me they can't do that cause it's against store policy? When has it been against store policy to use another coupon different price coupon for a 2nd can? I'm not trying to use coupons for one can on a separate transactionBut yet you have coupkners who do that and you let them by with it but I am not allowed to have a separate transaction for the 2nd can and coupon so I can go home I have to come back another day?then proceed to tell me I'm delusional in how to do coupons and I don't know what I'm talking about? Fo one I've been a retail manager and I've worked years as a cashier/ manager so I know how things workOn all aspects! Not one other Walmart meijer store or target that I've been too or Kroger for that matter has a problem doin multiple transactions as long as they are separate using my similac formula couponsI am not goin to go back each day if I have five different coupons for cans when I am mother and work full timeThat is completely absurd and to be treated poorlyWhen I'm not using an ebt card or wic card for that matter for formula I surely shouldn't be treated different than those who doThis location treated everyone poorly and even the store manager can'tCare enough to answer a phone call after me waiting for ten minutes to discuss issueThey need new team leads new management and definitely need training on respect of customer who pay to help keep their jobs thereTraining on payment tenders and how each coupon is differentSad that ebt and wic card holders get treated with more respect than those who actually pay for it with debit card or cashI refuse to come back to this low life store until there is something down about employees treating customers poorly

On Friday, December 22nd I went to the pickup counter of my local Walmart to get my daughters Christmas presentsAnd the bikes were not thereI was informed at the pickup counter that they would not be delivered until Tuesday, December 26ththe day after Christmas I stood there and stared blankly at the man at the pickup counter and then at my phone - with the email that clearly stated "DELIVERY BY FRIDAY DECEMBER 22nd" in big bold fontand could not process what he was telling meWhat would I do for Christmas?! Right there in front of everyone in the pickup section of the store the tears came and would not stopHow could I explain to my girls that Santa was not going to bring them what they wanted? What was I going to do? The man at the pickup counter could not care less about the dilemma Walmart put me in and informed me there was nothing I could do but call 1800WalmartHe did not even offer an apology and quickly wrote done the number to get rid of me
I immediately called the customer service number right there in the pickup section of the storeThe first women I talked to was able to offer no solutions and seemed to be trying to get through the call hurriedlyI asked to speak to her manager - and the next guy I was transferred to was a complete ***He had no emotions in is voice and it felt like he was reading off of a script as I sat there crying on the phone with him asking him to help me find a solution and try to help me save Christmas for my children
Finally, he was able to transfer me to someone in another departmentThis women was the first person I spoke to who was empatheticShe patiently listened to me as the stress of the holidays vomited out of my mouth in the form of dry heaving cries as I frantically tried to picture how I would explain to my daughters that Santa was not able to deliver their giftsI asked to receive a refund for the bikes for this dilemma and still receive the bikes on TuesdayShe gladly processed this and apologized for the inconvenience I was experiencing
As I sat in a bench in the pickup counter of the store ugly crying to this women on the phone - there was a Walmart employee named Bradley working at the pickup counterHe was kind enough to give me sympathetic glances as he overheard this conversation on the phone Unlike the first man I encountered at the store, Bradley was willing and eager to help me in any way he couldHe even started looking on his phone to see if this item was at any other Walmart in the phoenix metro areaI was also frantically trying to search for anywhere that sold balance bikes in the area on my phoneUnfortunately, Walmart and every other major store did not carry this item in stores
Bradley sat there with me and listened as I cried to him about the pressures of being a perfect mom around the holidays and how I felt like such a failure because I was letting my girls downHe came up with the great idea of having me purchase helmets, kneepads and elbow pads and wrapping those up with a printed picture of the bike so my girls knew it was coming
Christmas came and my daughters opened up their presents, including the helmets, kneepads and elbow pads and they were ecstatic when they learned they were getting the bikes they asked forI explained to them that Santa wanted them to pick it up in the store themselves and that we were going to go on Tuesday to get them at the pickup counter at Walmart where Santa had them waiting just for us
I received an email from Walmart.com Tuesday morning detailing that my order was ready for pickup at WalmartI packed up my year old son and my year old daughter and off we went to go see Santa's special delivery with plans to pick up Maddie afterward and test out the new bikes
When we arrived we found out that only one bike was thereI told the guy at the counter that the order was for two bikes not oneHe went in the back to get a manager as I pulled up the email clearly stating "Quantity: 2"My old friend Bradley came out and informed me that only one bike had made it to the store and the other one was being delivered later in the day and that he would personally call me when it cameDisappointed, and trying to figure out how I was going to explain to Maddie that Santa only had one bike not two at the store - I left to go home and wait for a call to head for a third time to Walmart to pick up this impossibly challenging Christmas present
Later that day I got a voicemail from Bradley as I was putting my kids down for their napsHe let me know that the bike had arrived, but that I was not allowed to come pick it up because it was not being released for pick up because the order was refunded
Currently - the second bike is being held hostage from my daughter at the Walmart pickup counter

College Dr., Baton Rouge, LA Wal-Mart gives terrible customer service The cashier's are rude, the aisles are crowded and the Car & Tire Deptis incompetent and uncommunicative They kept my daughter's car for an entire day, inconveniencing many people because "they didn't know what to do" although she told them It was a flat tire How hard is that to figure out? A lame "I'm sorry was given" then, free service although the tires were still under warranty I wrote them in April It is the end of June and no answer

I bought two pounds of *** *** oven roasted turkey breast from Walmart on roughly 03/01/ I then discovered as we were having lunch that my Kids and husband all found a little piece of white bone in the meat I threw the lunch meat away after this Today, 03/15/I went to the Walmart Deli and let them know about this and asked if anything could be done I wasn't just told no I was treated like I was lying by a manager with a heavy Hispanic accent She told me I had to bring the meat in with the bone in it This is easier said than done with a family of six Sometimes jumping up and driving to Walmart isn't the immediate option

The pharmacy lies! We ordered a two week supply days ago at cents/pill Today, days later, we picked up a month supply (pills) at over $47! That's 1.27/pill! Their reasoning? It depends on what bottle we take the pills out of Really? Seriously? When we created the account we were told it would be about $28/week Had we paid the same price as two weeks ago it would have been just over $ Do you do this to elderly people living on a fixed income that depend on consistent pricing for their life-saving medications? How is this even legal? I will never step foot in walmart again, for anything Nothing but a scam Walmart does not care about you Not only that, it was hours between when it was called in and when I went to pick it up and they hadn't even started filling it What a joke
