Walmart coupon policy not followed
On 4/25, I went to Wal-mart to purchase several items for gift bags that I take to my local Domestic Violence Shelter monthlyIn this transaction I purchased bottles of the Dial hand soap and used $coupons for each bottleThe manager rung up ALL of items and ALL of my coupons so my ending total came up to -$She then proceeds to prints out an itemized copy of my receipt and voided off of my $coupons to make my total in the positiveShe advised me that the register didn't take my coupons and I sat there and watch her scan everything and hit total so the register did accept everythingFirstly, I have a problem with her lyingShe should know better as a managerSecondly, per Wal-mart policy on Walmart.com it states, "If coupon value exceeds the price of the item, the excess may be given to the customer as cash or applied toward the basket purchase", so even if she didn't want to give me cashback or place my excess on a gif

On 03-25-I went in to Walmart automotive in Plainfield, IN to have new tires put on my *** *** *** and they stripped out my front locking lug nutsI had to take it somewhere else to get them removed by having the studs ground off and tapped out from the back so my rims would not get damaged - costing me $of repairs for the damage the Walmart technician didAfter being in touch with their representative named Blake a few times, and getting the run around since 03-(I left several messages with no call backs) I was told by *** on 04-11-they would not pay for their damage to my *** I know there was nothing wrong with those lugs before they worked on them and they lied on the invoice to cover their tracks saying they were deformedI just want my $back I paid another mechanic to fix the damage they caused because they didn't know what they were doingThe Walmart tech guy used the wrong sized socket and stripped my lugsI will never take another vehicle

Problems seeking refund/return in Sioux Falls Walmart stores
The Walmart stores in Sioux Falls, SD at the following locations:

ALL have refused to follow their own written return/refund policies over the past two weeks, when I have attempted to return items, all of which had receipts and would qualify for returnHowever, their unprofessional, unhelpful "employees" have caused me great distress by refusing to help me
Furthermore, they make up new "policies" out of thin air, such as claiming I had the wrong Serial # of TV in the "wrong" box, they claimed they would not help me with a PRICE ADJUSTMENT for an item I was charged DOUBLE for, because it came from Sioux City, Iowa Walmart and another item they wouldn't accept because it too was bought in Iowa and "wasn't in their system!"
Walmart truly is a very greedy, unprofessional corporation and cares nothing about decent customer service and it is a disgrace to Disabled Co

Gift Card complaint
I purchased two gift cards, in store at the Avon IN Walmart, on July 3, One for $and one for $ I gave these gift cards to my sister and within hours, the one for $was used I called the number on the back of the card and was told that I had to go to the store I went to the Noblesville Walmart to inquire about this After waiting, I was told that the gift card was used online, but no other information could be seen and I had to contact Walmart.com I contacted them and gave them the gift card number and PIN and was told that the order connected to this number could be seen including details of where this order went, who ordered it, what Walmart.com account was used, etc I was told that this would be resolved and that I would have it fixed by July I waited until July 12, and chatted with someone, where I was told that the order could be seen, including all details, but they could do nothing to dispute this, and basically I was out $

Went to the vision center to get new glasses and examWaited about a week, picked up my new glasses and things seemed blurryI was told it was an "Adjustment Period" and I should get used to itMind you, my other glasses were done through Lenscrafters and were absolutely perfect until I broke themTrying to save money I went to WalmartAfter about weeks, I took the glasses back and explained they are still blurryThey compared the script with the lenses and said they are correct based on my exam and sent me on my wayAbout months later, still the same, blurry...I took them back for the 2nd time and this time, was dilated (I wasnt the first time) and re examinedThe Dr said I have vision and he doesnt see anything wrong with the glassesAnd, sent me on my wayTHey did NOT rectify the matter in any way so now I am stuck with this crappy pair of glassesI would NEVER recommend Walmart Vision Center to anybodyI am very disappointed in the Dr as well as Optical StaffWhy couldnt they just make my glasses according to my other script from Lenscrafter? Walmart will not uphold the battery replacement
