My boyfriend sends me money via Walmart Walmart or Moneygrams sometimes and the last times I went to Walmart to pick up the cash that was waiting for me, I was refused The customer service person said that my bf had to call a number and answer a series of questions in order for me to pick up the money I gave them my drivers license and the number(code) for the transaction but they still refused me When I asked why I could not pick up the money that was sent, I was told that he sent me too much He went back to his Walmart store in Honolulu, Hi, to find out what the problem was and why we were being flagged and they just told him that he could not use the service any longer to send me anything He is a year old retired man and they are giving us this problem? Why? It makes no sense I feel like we are being treated like common crooks or something If we are paying for the service, why would they give us such a hard time? Battery Warranty and Refund
To briefly summarize; I purchased (3) three Everstart Marine Batteries 24MMS in August of last
yearBy late December of these batteries were not functioning to the level they are
expected to performI returned and exchanged the batteries at different locations in the desert
southwest in January of this year because no one store had batteries in-stockThe
replacement batteries too began to fail, completely giving out in August of this year
On 11/28/I spoke at great length with a phone representative by the name of *** who
assured me she emailed my concerns directly to a local store manager named *** at the
Pahrump, NV Walmart locationHowever, when I went to the store (today) Allan ***
identified himself as the manager and stated that he did not have an email from corporate about
the issue

My daughter picked out pairs of clearance eye glass frames from this store location from the Clearance rack They were originally $79, and the rack was marked 50% off all frames When I tried to order her glasses, the girl told me that I could not have the sales price on the glasses because insurance paid for part of it That is totally ridiculous They don't have a sign up that says only if you pay cash for it you get the discount I feel this is just a scam to get more money out of pocket from the consumer Why should it matter? They will get paid before they even order the glasses The frames my daughter wants are going to cost me $out of pocket for each pair, instead of the sales price of $per pair after the insurance I think this is an outrage and something should be done about it

In the summer of 2013, I purchased and had installed an EverStart Maxx 59, five-year warranty car battery from a north Dallas suburb Wal-Mart Supercenter On the morning of Saturday, July 25, 2015, this battery failed Later that morning, I had the same battery brand and model number replaced at no service charge, from your Supercenter (store #: 2883, located at Ohio Drive; Plano, TX 75024) On Thanksgiving afternoon (November 24, 2016), this 16-month-old battery failed while visiting family in Lewisville, Texas A family member drove me to the Wal-Mart Supercenter store #217, located at West Main Street, Lewisville, Texas Rightfully, the auto center for this store closed at pm on ThanksgivingWe then called store #5092, located at East Round Grove Road, Lewisville, Texas 75067, but their auto center was also already closed

Walmart Pharmacy tried to collect $for a prescription that I purchased one mile from the store for $
If that isn't criminal it is very close
I actually found another store that would have charged $
This store is in McKinney, Tx on Lake Forest

I would like to express my concern regarding the updated policies displayed by Walmart on their corporate site - http://corporate.walmart.com/policies They have apparently completely done away with their corporate price match policy so the consumer has now way of knowing what their policy is other than checking your local store How can Walmart not have a policy that all consumers can rely on?? Further, their new refund policy appears to give the store manager the final say on all refunds whether the customer has a receipt or not and appears to be inconsistent with other policies such as their time frame policy It is my opinion Walmart has gone from bad to totally unacceptable with respect to their polices and customer service

Incomplete battery replacement service at Walmart located Cleveland Blvd, Caldwell, ID Wires were not secured properly to battery terminal
SERVICE INCOMPLETE & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
On June 13th I purchased a battery and installation at Walmart located at Cleveland BlvdThe installation/replacement was performed by Walmart associates at the Auto Center
While waiting for the installation associates asked me to step into the shopThey showed me that they had difficulty removing a wire from a terminalI asked them why they are showing meI'm the customer and paying them to replace itOne of the associates responded: "well this is Walmart what do you expect?"
6/26/16:
days after they replaced the battery I opened the hood to check the oil and noticed both wire leads were not secured properlyThe copper lead of each wire was touching the terminal but not secured or even attachedI will attach pictures to clarifyThe pictures are time stampedRight click the file, select properties, and select the details tab to see when it was taken (6/26/16)
I was busy with work and life to drive back to Walmart that day and have them correct their incomplete installation/mistakeI work M-F 6am-4:30pm
I also did not feel confident in their serviceBecause it was a hazard to my safety and vehicle my father and I repaired it the same day (6/26/16).I decided I would call Walmart to complain at a date that is convenient for me

I called Walmart located in Caldwell and spoke with the store manager *** *** and the Auto Deptmanager *** (last name unknown)*** said she would call me back after she looked at my work orderhour later *** called and said he could not find any informationI had the receipt and work order and was reading the information to him over the phoneRegardless he could not find any record of work performed on my vehicle in their systemAfter minutes I asked to speak with *** again and she successfully found the information/record on my work order
She asked me what I expected and I told her I expect a refund and/or an apologyInstead of offering a resolution she rhetorically asked: "why did you wait month to call if it was such a big deal?"I told her I am the customer and it was more convenient for meI fixed the terminal and prioritized my scheduleI had the receipt and work orderIt shouldn't matter if it was day, week, or monthI asked if there was someone else I can talk to and she said no with no explanationI called corporate and they provided the district managers phone numberI'm expecting a call from him
Though I suffered no damages the incident caused stress,frustration, and time wastedIt was a hazard to my safety and my vehicle

Failed to secure a wheel cap on tire replacement, now its gone
I had a tire replaced at Walmart and they did not put my wheel cap back on correctly, so now it has come off and is goneI have to replace it and I feel it is Walmart responsibility to either replace or refund for my out of pocket expense

This Walmart does not provide adequate customer service The store does not keep the larger sizes of undergarments well that larger sized customers need The store doesn't have an adequate amount of cashiers on duty even during slower times of the day The machine in the pharmacy department that does health assessments is always broken and doesn't reflect an accurate weight It always says that I weigh 1/pounds and I know that I weigh more than that

When to buy some snacks, and when I opened the box it was half emptyHow does an item like this stay on the shelf? Horrible

I had a horrible experience at the Walmart location in Kittanning, PAThe supervisor, Donna, that was working in the evening on Friday, August was the most unprofessional employeeShe was rude, made me feel that I was not important as a customer when I asked to speak with a manager and further humiliated me in front of customersI don't understand how not only an employee but a superior, supervisor, can treat a customer with such a non caring attitudeA supervisor is to resolve issues not create themI was highly disappointed and there was no customer service displayed

I confirmed several times that even if the policy at Walmart.com says I can return it, and the "rule" contradicts with it, I will not be able to returnAnd he confirmed it every time
The price is not important hereIt is unfortunate that such a big brand like Walmart has no control on their policyIt is so confusing for customers and even though the policy says something; the stores can simply ignore thoseSurely, not buying any food items from Walmart anymore and Walmart is going to lose an investor and a loyal customer

On Wednesday 7-27-at 11:10am I entered the Walmart Tire and Lube center to have two new front tires replaced as well as an oil change
I was told I would get a call when they were done with my vehicle and it would only take mins, if that because there were no customers there at the time I came back hours later and my car was parked outside, finished, and there were still no customers/cars there They did not call me to tell me my car was finished It was noted on my receipt to call when done, however this was not performed This is only a minor issue and I can overlook this
I then paid, received my receipt, and was on my way I then noticed that my oil change notification was still present in my dashboard Every time I get an oil change they reset this, it is common protocol So I went back inside and asked if they usually reset it The woman beh
