My son purchased a laptop the day after Black Friday at Walmart in Pittsburg, CA
That Saturday the day after Black Friday my son went to Walmart in hopes of purchasing a laptop with the removable keyboard He was short a dollar so a woman give him the moneyThe cashier gave the woman the receipt instead of my sonUpon leaving the store the greeter asked for the receipt, and my son told the person what had happenedThey going back to the cashier and said he purchased the item, but they took the item and didn't return my son his moneyI've been going back and forth with them since the beginning of February with no results

I was at the Wal Mart off Anderson Blvd in Fort Worth, TXA young lady by the name of Angela stopped my wife and I at the door as we were exitingShe pulled a sweater out of one of the bags and asked to see the receiptWe happily obligedThen she said that the sweater was not on the receiptShe accused us of stealing in front of a lot of people and it was really embarrassingI asked her to get a manager but she did notWe got the gentleman that runs the self checkout to helpHe immediately pointed to where it was on the receipt and told her that we had paid for all the itemsUp to this point, I understand everything that Angela didShe was just doing her job, and I get thatHowever, you don't accuse someone of stealing in public and not apologize when you find out your are wrongShe did not apologizeWe asked for an apologyShe rudely said she's not sorryWe went to customer service and asked for the manager and were told "they were in a meeting." An Oil Change was done on my vehicle without my consent They didn't talk to us in advance or after the work was done Nor dd they mention it to us after the fact We found out a month later when I saw a note on the receipt stating that they didn't check the transmission fluid because the dipstick was broken
It wasn't They had ripped the goose neck dipstick tube off They damaged my truck in an unauthorized service
I spoke with the dealership that provides me with free oil changes and they assured me that it wasn't like that the month prior
The associate manager, *** (no last name provided), states that they told us bout the work before and after it was done That is simply not true He states there is no one higher then him I could talk with Also not true as he isn't the store manager They refuse to acknowledge the damage they did or that they performed an unauthorized repair

I received service from the autocare center at my local store in sikeston mo store #On August 20th I took my car in for an oil changeI didn't realize until today August 26th when my low oil light came on that I would have any problem considering im a frequent/loyal customerI return back to the store asking question and was told it was nothing they could do and was just brushed offMy main concern is that I didn't get the work I paid forI want to know if there is a warranty? If there anything that can be done? I wasn't told on my visit if there was any problems such as an oil leak so how can my oil be low when it's was stated quarts of oil was addedIt's a shame I have to contact outside sources for answerI feel as a paying customer they could've at least look at my car or even responded in a caring manner

Today I stopped to Walmart off of Near Miami Garden, Flthe light on my car came on for low tire pressure and I was worriedI got off the interstate happy to see a Walmart near(3/5/@10:15ish am)A car full of kids heading to the beach I get out and ask the tire specialist to please put air in my tires because the lights came on and I was worried to drive like thatLong story short the man told me he can't just do that and I should go inside to talk to someone about my tiresThis was the first time I was told that I couldn't be helped with putting air in my tiresGood thing I was helped at the gas station near by and we were on the road safe

Regarding the savings catcher reward program since the program had to change with the times I have been told and wont allow submission of receipts or e gift cards to be obtained through the savings dashboard on walmart.com and you must have a smart phone to download the app to get the savings This is total discrimination to those of us who cant afford or dont want the extra bills for the smart phone and monthly charge for the service plan obviously Walmart does not want our business if they wont offer any savings to us Obviously walmart needs the money to more than us average working class citizens, they wont even make any effort to cash in the savings earned prior to there new policy if you dont have that smart phone for that app And to top it all off, they send you a link to buy a smart phone through them

Walmart not honoring an extended warranty that I paid extra money for

The Walmart store located on North Avenue and Cicero in Chicago Illinois really needs major improvements on every level
customer service is absolutely terrible and unprofessional
Products are never fully stocked shelves are empty most of the time
poorly trained individuals in the bakery area take orders that are not fulfilled
when customers have tried to complain in person to the manager the manager does not appear in the store
when calling to check the status of an online order I was hung up on multiple times and the manager never answer the phonethen the store associates ultimately stop answering the phone
there have been various incidents on various days and I have shopped at the store over the past six years and I will never return due to the unprofessionalism, the lack of products stocked and just the terrible way the store has been run
Most associates are unprofessional and the manager is always missing what does Walmart corporate intend to do about this store????

On Saturday 9/16/17, I had purchased oil and filter in advance from Walmart Oceanside and was quoted labor only cost of ~$for the oil change serviceHowever, due to the hour wait, I was unable to have it serviced at that time
Note: Personally, I always have gone to the Oceanside store for it's friendly professional service
However, the following Saturday 9/23/17, my wife offered to take the vehicle for an oil change service and went instead to the Walmart auto service center located at University Dr, Vista, CA
Upon arrival, initially she was quoted $dollars for the labor only, by one of the mechanics On the phone, I indicated that Oceanside quoted ~$for the same service and to ask againShe then inquired a second time, but at the service counter, and was then told it would be $
Given the disparity between stores, I decided to research and call around to understand the pricingWhile the Walmart websites for both Oceanside and Vista have identical pricing for the oil service packages, there is no information regarding labor only for customers who bring their own oil and filter(https://www.walmart.com/cp/auto-services/1087266)
Speaking with Oceanside, they confirmed the ~$labor only pricing
When I called the Vista store, 'Charlotte' (auto service center clerk) indicated that they could not discount labor below the 'Pit Crew' oil change price of $and that all Walmart stores pricing is the same regardless of locationShe then informed me that some vehicles require high grade oil so pricing may be higher as Walmart is not permitted to put lower grade oil else the warrantee be voidedI indicated that I have purchased full synthetic oil which exceeds the OEM ratings for my vehicleAt this point she then indicated that my oil change service base rate would then need to be at a Synthetic Oil change rate of $with credits of + for customer supplied oil and filterWhen I indicated the I don't understand and asked for the final cost? She was VERY RUDE and indicated that I should add it up myself! She then placed me on hold and when she returned indicated that the cost would be $33.64! When I questioned why would the labor cost change based on the quality of oil that I purchased in advance, she got nasty and indicated that I should take my business to Oceanside insteadI asked to speak to her manager
After a lengthy pause, Ricky (associate manger) came on and after discussing the situation, he indicated that the oil change labor price, for customer supplied oil and filter, is instead based on the 'Standard Oil Change' advertised rate of $minus the discounts (+ 2.09)At that point, we agreed 'Charlotte' was misinformed, thus I agreed to move forward and indicated that this is what I have been told Oceanside's pricing is

I then called my wife and indicated that we got it straighten out and that Ricky will take care of the transaction as per our agreement
Shortly after, my wife call back indicating that during service the mechanic pointed out that the provided Quart oil container was quart short for the GMC engine requirement
When I called back to authorize paying for and adding additional quart of the same synthetic oil off their shelf, Ricky (mgr) then indicated, BTW the terms of the labor rate is not based on the 'Standard Oil Change Service' as we agreed but instead is now $- (+ 2.09) = $
Thus changing the terms of our agreement AFTER the work had been performed!!!
Overall, as a long time customer, I was shocked at by Charlotte's RUDE attitude and Ricky's DECEPTIVE business practice representing the Vista Walmart store!
Personally, as a consumer I have choices and will avoid Walmart for future purchases and service
