In response to case / ID ***Mr***'s vehicle was in on 12/03/for a transmission shift concernAt that time we completed campaign Pto reprogram the transmissionOn 12/09/car came back for same shifting
concern which was verified and we replaced the transmission, test drove the vehicle and verified its operationOn 03/10/2015 the car came in for a up-shift and downshift concernWe inspected the vehicle, connected the factory scan tool to check for fault codes and error historyNo codes storedTest drove the vehicle a total of miles without any drive-ability concerns detectedI am unaware of any discussions with customer regarding the declining of any current or future warranty validity concerns

I am really sorry that Mr*** feels that wayI did extensive research on this transactionMr*** started the conversation with our internet department at 1:pm August 29th through online chat and based on the transcript on file, every question was answeredMr*** did acknowledge that
he has credit issue and will not have a co signer this time and also he knew that he has negative equityHe asked for a visit to the dealership between 10am and 1pm on August He came in and worked the dealMr*** had over 100% negative equity on the vehicle that he purchased in Michigan as shows on his contractMr*** did put any down payment and wanted to purchase a vehicle that had enough rebates to absorb the negative equity and meet the back's loan to value guidelinesOur sales department and finance department worked very hard with the bank to secure a loan for himMr*** was very happy at time of purchase and thanked our staff for helping him with the purchaseKeep in mind that we don't prefer one model over the other in our inventory such as Dart or Chrysler 200, we want sell all the vehicles that are in our inventoryDodge dart didn't have the capacity to absorb the negative equity, Chrysler did and Mr*** was very much aware of thisAlso Mr*** was aware that California law contract is a simple interest contract that he can payoff or refinance at anytime and there isn't any prepayment penaltiesUnfortunately we don't have any control over the refinancing, customers credit standings, or loan to value of vehicleAlso it's very difficult to predict the situation he is in almost a year in half in advance I tried to call Mr***His voice mail is fullAt this I can assure you that our dealership hasn't done anything wrong. We are really sorry the aggravations that Mr. [redacted] had to go through. Unfortunately we do not have a rental car department, but in some cases we do pay for rental vehicles. In this case Mr. [redacted] noticed couple dents on his vehicle after taking delivery. Although our record shows the...

vehicle did not have any dent during wash, detail and delivery, still we took care of it and cover the cost of enterprise rental. We are not sure how enterprise rental billing department made the mistake. [redacted] Nevines followed up with enterprise and made sure the mistake is corrected and Mr. [redacted] has been reimbursed.  With gratitudes,[redacted]

Mrs. [redacted] brought her vehicle in for the check engine light and was diagnosed by our certified drivability technician. The vehicle was test driven and scanned for fault codes. No codes present and no stalling condition  found.  This same vehicle was here on 07/03/2015 for general...

didn't have any record to show if this issue was preexisting. In that case we have to follow factories procedures and testing that will take sometimes. fortunately that issues with radio was verifies and we got the approval from manufacture to order it. As soon as we received the special ordered radio we contacted the customer and moved their time slot forward and install the stereo. We tested the system and got assurance from Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] that they are fully satisfied.  Thank you,[redacted]General Manager

Revdex.com,I respect how Mr. [redacted] feel about us.  But if we all step back and look at the transaction,  I am sure it will be clear that our dealership didn't do anything wrong except meeting Mr. [redacted] wants over a year ago. Also Mr [redacted],  I can assure you that we do not condone any negative behavior by our staff toward our customers. If you wish to visit our service department next time, please ask for me and I will personally introduce to our service staff. Again I don't see any wrong doing by our staff in this transaction.
