Chapter13 fail
I was very clear and open about what I wanted out of my case, and yes I understood that it’s black and white and no wiggle room. Chapter 13 is up to 2 trustees and according to Dale, he knew what she was like and would except so after almost 300 messages back and forth I thought we had an understanding and the next message I received I was informed that my case was dismissed and wished good luck. I called to speak to a supervisor since that’s what Mr Geraci said to do and after 2 days of insisting I get a call back I spoke to a supervisor and explained that after I was given bad advise the least they could do is waive the fees and refill for me since I was and am needing the relief. After talking to him for 35 min he said that he wished me luck but would not be working with me anymore. So I ended up paying over $1000 for nothing but more stress, they felt they did nothing wrong. Now I have a BK in my wife’s and my credit report for they next 7 years and creditors are now calling for their money. I feel that Geraci has been the go to for BK for so long that they are use to customers that are easy money for them and if they are not they ping pong them and then just give up. All the attorneys had to do is advise me on how to get my case approved since they knew the trustee and what she would accept. They just gave up on me and left me holding the bag. So if you do hire them since they are the BK gurus don’t ask too many questions and accept your fate.

This complaint is baseless and simply not accurate. To claim that we did nothing is false. Ms*** hired our firm and signed a contract on and set an appointment to sign her petition for 3.1.16. So, our attorneys prepared a petition and plan for her to sign with all
available information. On a payment of $was deducted from her account and we have her signed authorization to do it. On she texted us and told us she was no longer filing. However our system did not see the text and another $was deducted from her account. Normally, our clients call us when the are closing out their case. On she emailed us advising us of the issue and we emailed her back the same day advising her we would be refunding her all her money paid. was a Friday and our accounting office was closed until Monday. She was advised of all this and still filed a complaint. As promised, her money, in full, was refunded. It's disappointing that Ms*** didn't believe usSo, we get a complaint and worked for free. It's too bad that Ms*** didn't advise the Revdex.com of the facts

Our experience with Geraci Law was excellent. They always answered any questions we had and explained everything in terms we could understand. They made our bankruptcy process go very smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.

Everyone was very nice - all the way from the mini-phone consultation to meeting with the attorneys in person. I was involved with Pioneer Credit Counseling service and they took my money and now I'm being sued. The lawyers at Geraci are going to stop them from taking money and help me get back on track.

Very helpful and polite. Explained everything carefully.

Enjoyable experience. The staff is really personable and helpful. They did a great job on my Chapter 13.

They've been great from beginning to end. Very helpful and pleasant, easy to work with.

I would recommend Peter Geraci Law and especially Attorney Abraham P[redacted] who was polite, professional and extremely helpful.
