So far the experience has been pleasurable on the phone, in-person, via email and follow-ups. If there is an issue or if you don't have all the documentation it's easy to work with Geraci.

When I first started my chapter 13 everything was fine. I messed up and had some bad mishaps and Geraci gave me a 2 year extension, but my garnishment went up. I now want to dismiss my chapter 13 totally because I can not handle it and for the past 2 weeks I feel like I have been given the run around over the phone. I was told to fax in my last 2 months of pay stubs and a budget. I did and they told my my attorney will look over the info and call me back. I am eligible for a chapter 7 and would like to do one in January. In the mean time I really need my case dismissed and Geraci Law offices are not helping me with this.

They have been very helpful during my time of hardship. Very kind employee's that answered all my questions in a fairly timely manner.
