very easy experience

So I originally went to this law firm to file a bankruptcy. Started out great, went on a payment plan to pay towards the balance. It was going well. Then I lost my job, obviously couldn't make the payments, after I got a new job called to set up the payments and they said well you can't. You would need to come up with all the money to file. So I asked about the $300 I already have giving them, the representative says well that money isn't refundable. This is seriously outrageous. One you won't work with someone who wants to do business with you then tell them well you lost out on $300. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone!
