They did everything they said and then some. I highly recommend this law firm, they are great.

Review: I met with the attorney and had several questions but could never get in touch with anyone. I would end up on hold for 15 minutes each time I called. I've sent several emails and never got a response. Now the past two Friday's I've had $240 taken out of my account. They didn't provide ANY service for me but yet they are charging me!Desired Settlement: I want my $480 dollars back!

This complaint is baseless and simply not accurate. To claim that we did nothing is false. Ms. [redacted] hired our firm and signed a contract on 2.17.16 and set an appointment to sign her petition for 3.1.16. So, our attorneys prepared a petition and plan for her to sign with all available information. On 3.11.16 a payment of $240 was deducted from her account and we have her signed authorization to do it. On 3.14.16 she texted us and told us she was no longer filing. However our system did not see the text and another $240.00 was deducted from her account. Normally, our clients call us when the are closing out their case. On 3.18.16 she emailed us advising us of the issue and we emailed her back the same day advising her we would be refunding her all her money paid. 3.18.16 was a Friday and our accounting office was closed until Monday. She was advised of all this and still filed a complaint. As promised, her money, in full, was refunded. It's disappointing that Ms. [redacted] didn't believe us. So, we get a complaint and worked for free. It's too bad that Ms. [redacted] didn't advise the Revdex.com of the facts.

Filing bankruptcy for me was a very emotionally draining decision, that is until I came across PFG Law Firm and set up my first appointment. From the minute I walked in, I was treated with respect and was made to feel at ease. They were extremely helpful and accommodating and made themselves readily available when I needed to ask a question. A special thank you to Robert and Anne for making this a much smoother process than I ever anticipated!

I was a bit nervous to start the process. When I called the rep made me feel very comfortable. I expected to feel terrible about myself after I got off the phone (obviously not extremely happy to be calling due to the reason), but he was great! My appointment was set for a couple days later and I was told all of the information to bring. Once I got to the office in Round Lake IL I found that because I was so close to the border I was sent there, but he could not represent me. Instead of making me set an appointment in Wisconsin and turning me away he helped me start the process and made sure I understood everything going on. Between the time I met him and the time I had to schedule my next appointment with another attorney in Wisconsin, Marc was AMAZING. It did not matter what day it was, or how silly my question may have been...he was on top of answering my emails. Again, he could have very easily told me to wait for my WI representative or forwarded my emails to someone else but he was so helpful! After getting everything together I went to another man in Racine to finish up (Joseph [redacted]). Again, very nice guy. Our conversation was great, he answered my questions and helped me get everything wrapped up so we could schedule the court date. Then came the court date...which I had another gentleman there to represent me. I was very nervous and he was also very helpful and explained everything to me very well so that I was not confused with what was going on. There were a few times that I had to postpone a payment and all I had to do was call... Not once did they question why I was needing a little more time. They simply asked what date it could come out of my account and set it up. I pushed off doing this for so long because I was nervous I would do something wrong and miss something, or maybe it was the terrible feeling that I got going for it anyway. Either way I am thankful I did. And I am thankful I choose Geraci to guide me the whole way. There is a reason this name is so well-known. I am now through the whole process, paid off, and feel like a million pounds has been lifted off of me. These guys know what they are doing and they are what I like to call "laid back professional". This is not to be confused with something bad, I mean it in the way that they get the job done but are able to speak with you like you are a human being and that you should not be down on yourself for needing their help. I recommend them to everyone that needs help.

The team that I worked with was very professional and they got my bankruptcy discharged in a timely fashion. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, and whenever I had a question or concern it was addressed promptly.

When I first called I spoke to a paralegal named Andrew. He was so kind. I talked to another firm that was completely rude and lost my appointment. I received a text message from Geraci Law and their online system is great - I just had to click "C" to confirm via text instead of calling in my busy schedule.
