Filing bankruptcy never even entered our mind when we started realizing that we could no longer keep up on our bills. It was a decision we were not proud of, but ran out of any other option. Our paperwork should be filed with the courts very soon, then we just have to wait and see. We are hoping the outcome will be favorable to us, and lift this black cloud over our head.
