Thank you for your reply.  Our store did offer a basic [redacted] visit which we were told was declined, additionally, our store refunded of the cost of the food and a $50 gift card was sent for the inconvenience.

We are in receipt of Mr. [redacted]’s latest response.  Mr. [redacted] did not pay any finance charges at the time of his vehicle purchase.  In fact, Mr. [redacted] paid nothing out of pocket at the time of purchase.

The women's bathroom in the Petsmart in Tukwila is deplorable. We have made many complaints to the local managers and nothing has been done for over a year.
-the handicapp stall toilet rocks back and forth- I beleive this goes against ADA regulations.
-the stall structure itself is broken and does not provide any privacy or safety
-you can see right into the stall from the outside
-the stall was being held together by zip ties. This has since been broken and destabilized
-The smell in the bathroom that appeared after the mainline broke has been addressed with air fresheners. This gets worse when aforementioned toilet that rocks backs up.
-I have pictures to document the structure.

This is a complaint. I was just at the Petsmart in Marion, Indiana and my cashier was Criz Vaun (something like that, it was a different name) and he was the rudest ever!! So rude he should be fired and never allowed to work with the public. First, I bought some greenies and treats and I gave him a gift card. He looked at me and said "what the hell you want me to do with this"? That put me automatically on the defense and I said, "what do you think"? "It's a gift card, call the manager". He said throw it down to where it landed on the floor, I picked it up and he called a supervisor or something. She didn't seem high authority but had some keys or knowledge to let the gift card transaction happen. I still owed 5.74 so I took out my card to pay the balance. He looked at me and said "do you want this back or do you want me to throw it away?". I said throw it away. He said "Stupid people and their stupid gift cards". Ridiculous!!!!!!!!! I'm standing right there. Second, he is a mn obviously and needs to be retrained on several aspects. This email is not the only place I am launching this but it is the first. IF I go back for any reason I will be expecting top notch customer service and will notify all my areas of my treatment. I have a loud mouth and I don't stay quiet.

I sent my bird's entire health record to petsmart corporate. I'm waiting to hear their reply. I've asked for a refund for the bird as Money back. I don't want a giftcard.
I can't say wether or not I accept yet because I'm waiting to hear what they have to say after reviewing my bird's health record.

Yes, they did reimburse me for the cost of the aquarium that broke. Again as a result of it breaking there where damages.  These still have yet to be reimbursed.
