They have only returned half the amount to me. As well, 1 group tells me they'll take care of it & another group tells me they won't. This is not a satisfactory response. I need the full refund.

I have bringing my dog for grooming for a few years. My last visit, I called an made my appointment as I normally do and received no notification of any type of changes. I brought my dog in, dropped her off and my Dad picked her up for me. When I got home I realized they charged more than they have in the past without warning. They didn't not even disclose this to me when I dropped her off. It went from $49 to $57. When I went to the location to advise of this, I was advised that there was a higher price now on weekends that had just started that week or the week before. I told them that I wasn't notified of this and they responded that a new call center makes the appointments and should have told me. They didn't offer a reimbursement or anything. Very disappointing for a frequent visitor.

My dog Cash was groomed at Petsmart in Matthews NC. During his experience there his eye was scratched by the groomer, [redacted]. I was refunded for this horrible uneven hair cut. Petsmart asked if I wanted to see they're Vets in they're facility. I choice to seek my own vet for Cash's care. Now he is on 3 meds due to the injuring. Eye drops, pain meds, and antibiotics. This experience has caused stressed on my dog, he's been to the vet twice and must go again. I do feel because I trusted petsmart groomers with the care of my dog, and he got injured on there time. I should be refunded for his vet bill. Right now petsmart is dragging there feet and are full of excuses. This is not ok.

I will not accept a gift card not knowing if the card is for purchases with PetSmart as I will never do business with them again.  I also will not accept $50.00.  I have in my files 20 unsolicited emails and 2 from direct contact where customer support were to take care of the problem and the emails continued.  It wasn't until I contacted the Revdex.com that they responded.   So no to the $50.00 as my frustration is worth by far more.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL THERE TO BE GROOMED!!
I took my dog to this store for grooming. He went in a bright, energetic, and happy dog. When I pick him up he couldn't stay on his feet as his legs kept collapsing under him. I took him to the emergency veterinary and he had neck and back inflammation that contribute to his weakness and inability to stay standing or walk. He is now on three different medications including pain killers and muscle relaxers. The vet indicated that the x-rays show no bone injuries but that the shaking legs and inability to be stable may be neurological do to an injury incurred at the Petsmart groomers. MRI is next.
Was he hung by the leash on the table??
My dog runs 5 miles per day 5 days a week and now he can barely stand, let alone walk. You can see his instability on [redacted]. Just search: [redacted]

I took my black lab to be bathed at the petsmart in [redacted]. As I watched through the window I witnessed my 50lb dog fall off the grooming table and hang by her neck. The employee grumpily hoisted her back onto the table. After she realized I was watching she changed her demeanor. When I went back in and asked about the safety of my dog on the tables, she said fidgety dogs sometimes fall off the tables. So unless you agree with this employee that it is unavoidable for dogs to be occasionally hanged or strangled while being groomed, go somewhere else.
