Bad Bird Seed was moldy and full of bugs.
Saturday I bought two 20 ponds bags of Woodlands Wild Bird seed. I'm 74 years old and carried them out to my car and then brought them home. I used the first bag and the seed seemed fine. I opened the second bag on Sunday and it was loaded with live bugs, and mold...I carried it to the garbage can and threw it out. I just called Pet Smart in Paramus,NJ where I bought the seed and I was told unless I brought in the bad seed I could not get my money back or credit.I explained I threw it out and the garbage went out today...the woman I spoke to said" listen to me, if you don't bring it back no credit. How do I know you aren't lying. I'm furious.I don't have the seed anymore but I am a regular customer in the store...when she said" you listen to me" again I told her I was contacting corporate headquarters, she hung up on me. I want a refund asap.I'm a senior trying to feed the wild birds, not a criminal. I expect to hear back asap. Francene Komsa [email protected]

I’m sorry to hear about SkipOur veterinarian has reviewed your documentation Addison’s disease is a condition where the body under produces steroids which are required for function The condition is not something that our salon could have caused although it is not uncommon for dogs with this condition to display signs when under the small amount of stress which accompanies the grooming process We do feel bad for Skip though and our store manager will be contacting you today to offer a partial reimbursement of the vet expenses Thank you for contacting us and we hope Skip feels betterSincerely, [redacted]

I was in your Niskayuna store yesterday with a friend and we wanted to buy goldfishI saw a tank that was on sale for less than $and decided to put it in my cartWhen we went over to look at fish, a worker passed us three times without stopping to say anything to usWe had to flag her down and ask her that we wanted to look at fishShe told me that I couldn't buy fish within the first hours because of a new tankDecided to put tank back as well as other merchandise that would have easily been over $She walked away and I decided that I wanted to buy one goldfish for a tank that I already ownedWe had to flag her down a second timeShe asked me how big my tank was and said it didn't meet requirements since apparently I needed to have a gallon tank for goldfish that were only cents eachI was so dissatisfied with my service that I was contemplating just leaving then and there but I still wanted a fishI decided to get one fish and the whole time that she helped me, she had a smirk on her faceThis isn't the first time that I've tried to buy goldfish from Petsmart and they have said I don't meet "requirements." I didn't even get the fish that I wanted because of the "requirements" the tank is supposed to have for itI understand that they are required to tell the customer that but I am the customer and giving your store businessHowever, not anymore

The worst customer service ever! I have tried to resolve my issues with them just to get the run aroundNot once have I received a call back in weeks and then when I call them they just give me the run around!! I have bought to pets from them just to have them sick and one diedAll they care about is money! I have spent hundreds of dollars on vet bills from the animals I got from them

I just want to express how upset I am with my recent experienceI go to petsmart for everythingMy dogs' food, grooming, training, toys, treats, etcNo experience has ever been extremely positive nor extremely negativeThey really weren't actively doing anything to special to keep my businessI recently made an appointment to take my dog to the groomerThe girl at the front desk was the complete opposite of friendly and failed to mention that my dog would be done 5-hours laterI have never known this to be petsmart protocolWhen my bf arrived, he asked for her to bring him the dog because we were just going to leaveShe had an attitude about drying him and charged us for the part of the service that was not needed as I had bathed him, clipped his nails days priorI only choose the bath and groom option because there is simply no "just haircut" optionAnnoyed, having wasted my money, I call into speak with a supervisorChristi basically rushes to get me off the phone and tells me that next time I should ask for the express service (which I've never known to exist)Summarized the story to spare everyone but I just feel my concerns were not properly handled and no one really seemed to care about my frustrationsExpress services should be openly marketed and information at drop off should be clearly stated

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Do to the lack-of-care my dog received while at the facility, she contracted Kennel Cough which required a Vet visit which cost me $and she had to be taken to the groomer due to the overwhelming smell which cost me $ To add insult to injury I still had to pay PetSmart $ I've had to pay a total of $total I don't believe that the $returned is a satisfactory amount Also, I was informed by your manager that Vet cost related to illness acquired due to a stay at the facility is not covered and is supposedly indicated in the agreement that is signed at the time of drop off My wife and son dropped my dog off and do not recall signing anything If they did indeed sign something, they were never given a copy of any documents When I called the [redacted] location and informed them of the Kennel Cough I was instructed to bring in a copy of the bill and the medical report (which I did) so that it could be submitted to "Corporate" I was led to believe that I would be reimbursed for this additional expense Lastly, my Vet indicated that this was the 2nd case of Kennel Cough she had seen in the week from the same facility Regards, [redacted] ***
