I took my dog for grooming to the Petsmart in Utica, MI When I got him home I noticed that his left eye was extremely bloodshot Ended up with a $vet bill so far May have to take him back What really made me feel that they were responsible was that a neighbor told me of a similar incident with her dog at the same location I hadn't even told her that my dog had an eye problem before she told me about her dog I love my dog and the idea that they did something to him makes me very angry What is going on there??

First, I would like to apologize for the loss of your pet RudyOn the day of your lose 10/28/2015, Rudy was given his morning walk around 6:00AM (no
signs of symptoms), day camp started at 9:00AM and it was not until approximately 10:30-11:00AM that Rudy started acting lethargic. At that point Rudy was rushed to B***. While in the care of B*** Rudy had x-rays taken and was given fluids due to hypoglycemia. After fluids were administered Rudy became stable. At 1:45PM Rudy started to vomit blood accompanied by extreme bloody diarrhea. It was at that point that we took Rudy to the emergency vet, where en route Rudy passed, in the arms of our associate
We served the same food to Rudy that we served to Taquitio as well as all the other dogs in our care and we did not have any other occurrences like the one in Rudy. Clostridial infection is also caused from soil which is not present at the hotel
I apologize that you feel everything was referred to corporate from the storeIn speaking with Isaac, the Hotel manager, he said you requested someone from corporate to call youThe store is responsible for all communication with the Pet Parent. Cody, the assistant manager of the Pet Hotel called the emergency contact and spoke with someone at least times on the day of the incidentIsaac told me that he called and spoke with you several times during the days after the incident occurredFinally, my District Manager apologized to you about the confusion that someone from corporate would call you when you spoke with him

My husband and I were yelled at, screamed and verbally abused at the grooming area of Petsmart in *** *** ** *** **The crazed woman was scary and out of control, laughing like a mad cow, while flapping the arms up and down and trying her best to humiliate us My husband and I, both in our 50s, came in for nail cutting of our dog on May 31, afternoon We have NEVER seen anything like this before We asked to see the manager twice at the store and nobody showed up I also sent an email to customer service at Petsmart.com twice now and receive no response Petsmart didn't respond to my complaint with Revdex.com either Total trashy and scary place

Unfortunately, since the terms of the manufacture warranty were not met (the aquarium was not housed on an aquarium stand), the warranty was voidBecause we care about you as our Pet Parent we got approval to give your money back on the aquarium even though the aquarium was not physically available to return to the store

Placed an order online and received an email it was shipped the next day When the tracking never showed it was shipped I sent two emails to Petsmart.*** Customer Service and never received a reply, I called and spoke with an individual who told me that he could not locate my order and to call back when a manager was available to receive a refund When I called back and finally got transferred to a manager after minutes of customer service saying no managers were working at that time the manager said that maybe they gave me the wrong tracking number but she didn't know for sure She said she could not issue a refund because they didn't know if the package was picked up or not and maybe the shipping company never scanned it Today days after I was told it shipped, the tracking finally showed on the shippers website and showed the package was picked up yesterday, days after Petsmart claimed it was shippedBetween not receiving a reply to two different emails, talking to one customer rep who couldn't find my order and a manager who didn't know if the tracking number was incorrect or if the package had not shipped at all I will never use Petsmart.*** again Every individual I spoke with was rude and could not answer my questions After I was told I would be refunded they refused to refund
