This is untrue. We have 3 bills, totaling $702.00 from [redacted] Animal Hospital that their store manager rejected in each case. His response was "we are not paying one more dime" , and "don't bother bringing me any more bills, we are not paying". They did NOT pay for all of his follow up treatment as this person claims. Someone from their regional office called and said they were going to make an offer to pay for his treatment, and they would put it in writing, but that has not happened yet, we have seen nothing from them. We have paid the $702.00 so far, and he has at least one more visit scheduled, and possibly more after that.

petsmart- I do not want another $250 gift card to...

We provided daily monitoring as well as feedings and medications as instructed.  We pride ourselves on being the best care provider when entrusted with caring for anyone’s dogs or cats.  When it was noticed that [redacted] was irritating himself he was immediately brought over to Banfield to get checked.  We then took care of the cost of the visit and medications, as well as, pull one of the inflatable collars off the shelf for him to use to prevent further irritation of the area.  I once again want to apologize that you felt [redacted]’s stay was not handled well, but we did and always act in the best interest of the pet and did provide the services that were paid for during the entire stay. I take my dog regularly to PetSmart's Grooming with [redacted], a groomer. They often change the shampoo they use, last time my dog had an allergic reaction to the shampoo, which vet treated for $69.00. So today had appointment at 8am, and brought a bottle of PetSmart brand Oatmeal Shampoo with me to the groomer, and was told not permitted to use the shampoo to bath dog. Was told they had Oatmeal Shampoo and would use for an additional $7.00 charge. I just paid 7.49 for a bottle of PetSmart Oatmeal Shampoo (which vet) said best for skin. Refused to pay, asked to talk to manager and was told NO, policy, I asked them to clip dog without a bath, was told No (policy) My dog goes every 5 weeks to that groomer and I take 2 dogs, which is $75.00 each month without tip, so dog is never a mess. Well today, due to principal of situation, I left with my shampoo and ungroomed dog and will not make another PetSmart purchase and intend to pass on to all possible. The store manager, is not a friendly person, under no circumstances. There does not appear to be any Customer Service in this store, its the PetSmart policy or No Policy. Even my groomer, was not a warm person to me as a customer, but her skills are good, so I took that attitude. But No More, there service is not free and to ask them to use a shampoo that does not give my dog a reaction and have to pay an additional price, is unreasonable. So PetSmart says to customer "Take it or do not let the door hit you as you leave"

My husband and I were yelled at, screamed and verbally abused at the grooming area of Petsmart in [redacted]. The crazed woman was scary and out of control, laughing like a mad cow, while flapping the arms up and down and trying her best to humiliate us. My husband and I, both in our 50s, came in for nail cutting of our dog on May 31, 2015 afternoon. We have NEVER seen anything like this before. We asked to see the manager twice at the store and nobody showed up. I also sent an email to customer service at Petsmart.com twice now and receive no response. Petsmart didn't respond to my complaint with Revdex.com either. Total trashy and scary place.

I have been boarding [redacted] at PetSmart for the past 6 months off and on as I travel for business. I came home a day early from a trip today and when I picked him up his sleeping blanket was wet and smelled like urine. I called to see if he has been having accidents and was obviously concerned for his health. The associate stated that they only walk the dogs between 6-7 am and 6-7 pm and that the rest of the day they just let them go to the bathroom in their cage. I'm sorry but this is not humane. Please do not support this business. My heart breaks about how they have been sneaking this under my nose by washing his blanket before I come. I pay good money for a service and more importantly expect that my pet is going to be taken care of.
