I am continuing to be disappointed in my local Petsmart. I have 3 dogs and visit the store 2 to 4 times a month and not treated like I would hope. There is a short older lady there very unfriendly and when ask questions very unkind . I refuse to shop there again. I probably spend 200.00 a month but no more. I ask this week to put a picture of 3 foster pups on the window and this same lady was rude. I volunteer at an animal shelter and have the mama also for 7 weeks and so buying for 7 dogs. I will not shop here again. Disappointed!!!

Dear Ms [redacted],Thank you for your follow up contact.  Again, we apologize for your experience.  In speaking with our store they have told me they did not report the bite, however our associate did need to seek medical treatment for the bite at an urgent care center, and it is my understanding is that urgent care did report the dog bite.  We will not be able to reimburse the costs of the quarantine.Sincerely,[redacted]

I have 2 huskies that are fed with [redacted] and they love it. Seems the only place to get it is at petsmart. Recently I bought them treats called [redacted]. Now they both have constant diarrhea that smells awful. One of my huskies name [redacted] has developed a limp on her left front paw, her shaking hand. These treats were not cheap but it seems their quality is very cheap. I will only continue to buy them their dog food at petsmart but that will be it. No treats from there ever again!

This is a complaint. I was just at the Petsmart in Marion, Indiana and my cashier was Criz Vaun (something like that, it was a different name) and he was the rudest ever!! So rude he should be fired and never allowed to work with the public. First, I bought some greenies and treats and I gave him a gift card. He looked at me and said "what the hell you want me to do with this"? That put me automatically on the defense and I said, "what do you think"? "It's a gift card, call the manager". He said throw it down to where it landed on the floor, I picked it up and he called a supervisor or something. She didn't seem high authority but had some keys or knowledge to let the gift card transaction happen. I still owed 5.74 so I took out my card to pay the balance. He looked at me and said "do you want this back or do you want me to throw it away?". I said throw it away. He said "Stupid people and their stupid gift cards". Ridiculous!!!!!!!!! I'm standing right there. Second, he is a mn obviously and needs to be retrained on several aspects. This email is not the only place I am launching this but it is the first. IF I go back for any reason I will be expecting top notch customer service and will notify all my areas of my treatment. I have a loud mouth and I don't stay quiet.

The worst customer service ever! I have tried to resolve my issues with them just to get the run around. Not once have I received a call back in 3 weeks and then when I call them they just give me the run around!! I have bought to pets from them just to have them sick and one died. All they care about is money! I have spent hundreds of dollars on vet bills from the animals I got from them.

No thank you, this company engages in animal cruelty and massive fraud, along with other companies that sell pet supplies. It does not need to use my personal information to engage in these ongoing, fraudulent business acts that it's not being pursued for.
