Pnc is unable to resolve my complaint. They will not take responsibility for their error. I have no choice but to refinance my home with another lender.

future, I've cancelled my direct deposit into my pnc account, cancelled all bill pay, and transferred everything to my new account. One day when PNC is able to offer a better deposit/withdrawal system - I would like to try them again. Until then, I will deposit money hear and there just to keep my account open, but it is no longer my primary bank account. I would like to thank the Revdex.com for your help, in resolving this matter.
