I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have not been contacted by PNC Nor did they discuss anything with me on June 23rd I was in New Jersey at a client meeting on that day with travel back from the meeting in the afternoon.I did not receive a call, email or voicemail of any kind from PNC on this issue - and I do NOT consider it resolved This response from PNC is an outrage / and an outright LIE They have not tried to resolve this issue and have continued to avoid my requests for more discussion on the matter.I again request for a conversation - this has gone on for months now without attention by PNC Regards, [redacted]
