reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I appreciate the PNC response to my complaint, unfortunately, the response only dictates some incomplete facts (no answers) and continues to miss the point of the issue at hand.  I hope this is not evasion.  The referenced National City Bank (acquired by PNC Mortgage in 2008) was cited as discriminatory, check the National City Settlement with CFPB.  PNC Mortgage is still servicing discriminatory loans with no remedy.  And the review of prior modification and refinance attempts failed to capture the applications submitted in 2008 & 2009 with National City Bank (contact was Tim D.), the refinance attempt with PNC Bank in August 2013 (contact was Shenugah G. PNC Branch Manager Sunny I[redacted]), and the NACA Home Save modification application submitted on 9/15/2013 (documented with NACA).  In each case, PNC (and National City) failed to provide any options to keep the property or stay in my home, only offering liquidation options (including deed in lieu of foreclosure, and short sale).  Please help me find real options to keep my home, instead of continued stalling and pushback.  Thank you for your time and consideration.

Revdex.com 400 Holiday Drive #220 Pittsburg PA 15220RE; Complaint ID # [redacted]Dear Revdex.com -In response to your letter to us dated October 26 2015 and the resolution we are seeking: In February 2015 we contacted PNC in regards to a mortgage which PNC is the lienholder and advised PNC that...

due to [redacted] 2-year unemployment, we sought assistance from PNC in making mortgage payments. After seven (7) months of providing PNC the same information multiple times, PNC advised they are unable to provide assistance due to two (2) conditions that PNC was aware of in February 2015:1. The property is non-owner-occupied (this was established in February 2015 and repeated many times)2. There is inadequate Loan-to-value (LTV), i.e., the home's market value -vs- mortgage balance (yet, consider that PNC is willing to escalate the matter into foreclosure at the current LTV, at the prevailing interest rate which, if lowered, allows for payment to resume)PNC was fully aware of these two situations in February 2015 yet continued to delay, request the same information repeatedly, harass (multiple collection calls in a 24-hur period), threaten and demonstrate an unwillingness to intelligently discuss or arrive at an arrangement beneficial for all parties. The resolutions I am seeking:1. Explain how/why it took seven (7) months to arrive at conclusion to deny assistance based on reasons that PNC was fully aware of in February 20152. Explain why a simple reduction in the interest rate is not a reasonable solution that would benefit all parties involved (lender, owner, and tenant).3. Explain themselves in simple, easy-to-understand, layman's English.Respectfully,[redacted]  Federal Reserve Consumer Help PO Box 1200 Minneapolis, MN 55480 Revdex.com of Dayton / Miami Valley 15 W.
