[redacted] PNC has hastily closed the complaint. They have SAID that they will send the documents. The high handedness of the organization is reflected in the fact that they have unilaterally closed the complaint and have not even bothered to check with me if the complaint has indeed been RESOLVED. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY DOCUMENTS YET. The complaint will be closed when appropriate documents have been sent to me, those that DMV and I can use to register my car. If  the documents fall short then the complaint cannot be said to have resolved. Complaint cannot be closed before that. The text of this email should also be made public, please.

I want t have some form of discussion with PNC.  I will remove the damages / and monetary claim from my dispute.  But I want someone from PNC to talk with that can offer some clarification as to this entire debacle.  I dont want to hear policy or scripted answers.  PNC did a very...

poor job and I want them to know about it.  And I want others who may use them to know the terrible service that I had.  Not only once, not only twice or even three times.  This company should be rated an F on customer service yet they are getting away with absolute bad business and unethical practices because how big they are.  Its time they have some explanation for what they call "wonderful service".Remove the monetary claim - and please proceed so that I can get some resolution.  I will be submitting another claim shortly about PNC again - for a related - yet similar issue.  So I honestly dont care to get anything other than some form of understanding.
