reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It is now November 3 and at this point in time I am still waiting for a refund of $208.62 because of the overpayment of my payoff.  I have also not received my loan satisfaction from PNC showing the mortgage has been satisfied at the courthouse.  Once these two items have been completed I will consider this matter resolved.

February 27, 2018[redacted]RE: Revdex.com of Western Pennsylvania - Case Number [redacted]XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXDear Mr. [redacted]:This is in response to your complaint filed on January 17, 2018, with the Revdex.com of...

Western Pennsylvania and your complaint filed on XXXX, with XXXX regarding your PNC Bank, National Association (“PNC”) Business Loan ending in XXXX (the “Loan”). Thank you for taking the time to speak with me on January 18, 2018, to discuss your complaints. I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. In your complaints and during our telephone conversation, you stated you paid off your Loan in January 2017, and the prepayment penalty amount of $XXXX was included in the payoff figure of $XXXX. You advised that your daughter, a signer on the Loan, asked about the lien release and was informed the prepayment penalty had not been paid and you issued another check in the amount of $XXXX in February 2017, which has been negotiated. You stated you have been charged twice for the prepayment penalty and have been trying to obtain a refund for over eight (8) months without success.PNC reviewed your assertions regarding this matter and determined that the prepayment penalty was paid twice. Our records indicate that on January 5, 2017, PNC received a payment in the amount of $XXXX which included the Prepayment Penalty. On February 27, 2017, PNC received another payment in the amount of $XXXX for the Prepayment Penalty. As a result of your concern, PNC issued a PNC cashier's check in the amount of $XXXX which was mailed to your address of record ([redacted]) on February 16, 2018.On behalf of PNC, I apologize for any inconvenience this matter may have caused. If you have any further questions regarding this issue, please feel free to contact me directly at XXX-XXX-XXXX. I am available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:45 pm, Eastern Time.Sincerely, xxxxx xxxxxXXXXX XXXXX Executive Client RelationsPNC Reference Numbers XXXX and XXXX

PNC Bank, N.A. responded to Mr. [redacted] on June 15, 2016, and considers this matter addressed. Thank you

I'm following up with you because PNC has not kept its promise. Dennis from their Executive Client Relations department left me a message at 2:20 pm on 2 5 promising that a corrected form would be mailed to me "in today's mail."Ten days later I don't have it. I understand that there's a lot of Valentines Day mail so it might have been delayed a bit but really, even third class mail would be hear by now.So what's my next step? They bend the truth about simple things like mailing a letter. How can we trust them on anything? Please help. They won't help me.Thanks[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. These papers are my copies of what your company sent me. My account was to be completely closed on December 17, 2017 according to a McKeesport PNC Bank Branch Manager. And he stated that we were to get money back via a form of a cashier's check. So anything put into the account or taken out of the account after that date listed is fraudulant and I am still waiting for the money your company owes me. I will not accept any responses until I get the money I am owed.

Very unprofessional! The letter from PNC Bank regarding their investigation is inaccurate. My complaint is that they did not contact me or inform of a delinquency on a joint account as I was promised by their branch manager, who suggested the pro-active steps we took. Not only did PNC bank fail to notify me, their manager never told me that I needed to take additional steps or measures as suggested in the recent written response from PNC bank. The bank manager should have told me everything I needed to do when I came to her with this issue. I will never trust the advice of anyone from your bank again. The recent letter I received from PNC Bank shows an attempt on their
part to look for excuses and nit-pick details so they don't look bad or feel any responsibility. They fired one bank manager who was involved with this. He didn't act very professional either. Poor customer service! Not once during this entire dispute has anyone from PNC bank even offered an apology for their role in this mess. My credit takes a hit because this bank did not contact me during a sixteen-month period about this account being delinquent. They take no responsibility for this as expected.

JPL. PNC ADDRESSED THIS COMPLAINT ON June 28, 2017

To: [redacted] Officer, Executive Client Relations Fr: [redacted] Loan Number: [redacted] Revdex.com Ref No: [redacted] Re: Processing of Mortgage Payments and Principal for July, August,...

and September/2016 Dte: October 18, 2016 I appreciate PNC Mortgage for correcting the error that was made by the company, My payment was mailed with three coupons, one for July, August and September. Noted on ail three coupons was the mortgage amount and $100.00 to be applied towards the principal for each month totailying $300.00. I would never write a check for $2,055.78 without specific instructions on the coupons for how it should be applied towards the mortgage and or principal. In checking my payment history, there will be evidence that I pay three months’ mortgage frequently, however, the only thing that changed in this practice of mortgage payments was that I added $100.00 for each month toward principal. Inevitably, mistakes do happen and it has been extremely frustrating in resolving this one. I appreciate your time and effort in getting this mistake corrected. Finding out what actually happened to create the mixup in the first place would benefit other customers, but enough ruminating. Nina I am most appreciative and greatly relieved that my credit was not affected by this error and that I am not being charged a late fee. Usually I mail three months' mortgage but because of this mistake, I only mailed a check for October, 2016 mortgage. Hopefully, I will regain confidence in PNC's handling of mortgage payments in the near future. There is an error in my property address; the zip code is [redacted]. Please correct this in your bank records. [redacted], again I want to thank you for being so tenacious in helping me to resolve this problem. Cc: Revdex.com enclosure

reviewed appear below.I spoke with Ms. Baker and after a month she gave me a response, that the collection charges ($511.58) are from the merchant services that we used when we opened our savings and checking account with PNC Bank.Apparently there is a contract that we "singed", but we were NEVER told about such, when the representative from the bank came over he said there is NO contract, because we have the checking and savings account with PNC Bank. That so called "contract" was signed on an [redacted] and we NEVER received a copy of it, we have trusted that Bank employee, but were mislead! We have been trying to close the accounts since May of 2014, but it takes forever to get response from PNC employees.
